@@ByteTech500 Tried it on a Lenovo Thinkpad L420. Mint is installed, when I restart, I get the mint options to run mint, however, when I pick any option, I just get a black screen. I tried what's in the video, yet still get a black screen.

@@DueInfomationTry to download another version of Linux Mint or even another distribution and write it to a flash drive, and then boot from it. See if the system will load normally.

@@ByteTech500 Ubuntu 16.0 was the orginal OS before trying to install mint. Being though mint is linux I thought it wouldn't be an issue. I was wrong. I also tries PopOS. PopOS, that would not install at all. The Thinkpad L420 only use Legacy, and the Bios was never upgraded. I just downloaded unbuntu. Since Unbuntu (older version), was originally on the laptop, I am hoping there shouldn't be any issues when installing. ??????. I will let you know the results.

@@ByteTech500 eh, no need to make a video about it. Turns out that when i made the installation with Secure boot compatibility, I got stuck on a boot loop. So I decided to reinstall Mint with secure boot disabled in the BIOS, that also got me a boot loop until I realized that Linux Mint ALSO requires to disable Platform Trust Technology (TPM/PTT) which solved the boot looping
