So here is my theory if ryuga vas actually lucky and got orions fragment he would be able to steal more power than before. He couldnt beat prototype nemesis and steal from him power cuz he had only his own star fragment and other 9 fragments were simply on differend level so he couldnt steall all 9 at once but he could stole one by one from every legendary blader and seperately would be step by step stronger able to possess any power he would want and even evolve and if that happened he would crush god of destruction like nothing if that happened he would go over world and steal power of every bey...

So basically: 1. Both Nemesis and L-Drago had the dark power 2. The stadium was rigged to give nemesis the power of any beyblade that fights in it 3. Rago had a higher capacity than Ryuga to absorb power, due to being more evil which is why he is the chosen one So yeah, however i think ryuga could have absorbed all the other bladers' power before fighting nemesis and then they would be pretty much even in power so the rigged stadium would ultimately decide who absorbs who in the end and I think nemesis would probably still absorb L-Drago

I think that the real reason Ryuga could not absorb nemesis is because el drago was the one who attacked the opponent. I mean that Ryuga should let the opponent attack el drago in order to absorb the power of his bay. But if this theory is real i have a theory about Ryuga: L-drago is not a bay made by human hands. It's a bay made by a god. When Ryuga stole el drago he received the dark power of the bay and became a god. Before stealing el drago Ryuga was a human. The reason the aura of the bay changed to orange is because Ryuga changed his behavior and succeeded to get rid of the dark power he received previously. So Ryuga had a deep connection with his bay. Also I think that he was a god living as a human. The reason I say that is because when he lost from rago he disappeared with ldrago. Humans can't die with this way so he lost the ability to leave in the Earth as a human being. Also if ldrago and nemesis both made from black sun that means that Ryuga is a god. I don't know if this is real, it's my theory.

Im a fan of L Drago, most fav beys are Blitz Striker, L Drago Guardian and Meteo L Drago. All these aside, I think that the simplest explanation would be that L Drago cant really fully absorb more star fragments in addition to its own since it's already at its final form. He maybe able to absorb more but it may just be a temporary boost like the overcharge concept in games. Nemesis however needs the fragments to evolve into its complete form. Basically, L Drago needs its own star fragment to become 100% while Nemesis needs the other 9 to become 100%. Nevertheless L Drago Destructor still remains as the strongest legendary bey not named Nemesis. If we're talking about a blader's skill then that's another story since aside from Ryuga and Gingka, Masamune and Kyoya are also up there.

The strongest bey existence that should reign over this world is not the God of Destruction it is the Dragon Emperor L-Drago!
