I was there today it is my second time and was already at the top on the chair lift!

I just rode Jay Peak for the first time Saturday, I’ve snowboarded a lot of fine ski resorts in my home of New England, Jay Peak is far and away the best. I still need to experience some other top tier places like Sugarbush and Stowe, but I’ve visited Killington, Cannon, Loon, Waterville Valley, Smugglers Notch, and Jay Peak tops them all I think.

Honestly these videos are really high quality and I hope you guys keep it up!

I learned to ski on this mountain and I still go there at least once every year. I had no idea it has a reputation as an expert skier’s mountain. Guess I’ve been playing on hard mode this whole time without knowing it?

Je suis un american ou venir a Quebec pour demie l'annèe......le demi avec tout les fun! Ski d'alpine, ski du fond, patinet dans la forest, (ice skating trails through the forest). C'est le mieux place pour l'hiver! Tip for americans. Learn to say thanks, please, where is the______? in french before you come and the Quebecois va t'aime (love you). They are such a warm and welcoming people if you appreciate thier french heritage and are polite.

Grew up learning here, one of the few mountains left that still has a small mountain feel to it. The Barnyard is its own little hill, great for learning or babys first chairlift (it's a real long bunny hill really, but even after 20+ years of skiing/riding, you can still get enough speed/distance to practice silly things with lower risk). Birches was my first black and it's still one of the best little trails out there. I hate to blow up my spot but damn, these guys do it right. luh u ragged :*

Not only all 3 mountains in the Eastern Townships, you can also shoot down across the border to Jay Peak . Have met so many Owl's Head skiers and riders over the years of skiing at Jay.

Great place to ski. I have been coming here for years as my Uncle worked for the Mt. for about 70 years, He was the CFO and the general manager.

Just went there 2 days ago. It only took 1 hour. When I got off the chair lift, the wind was so bad, I almost fell of the whole mountain! I still made it, and it was really fun!

You didnt do it justice. There’s a pretty steep area if you’re willing to find it right above the Little Beaver lift. Over on the far side of the resort, there’s some unexplored terrain with a sinkhole more than 200 feet deep. And the runs are all completely unique. I can remember each run just because of how different they are. Each one has its own personality.

Loved seeing it on my trips to Sherbrooke back in the 90s. Nice area.

I'm originally from New Hampshire now I'm living in Eden and working at Powder. This is definitely the best place for a crusty New Englander!

I work at pats as a ski instructor! We wear those blue coats that were shown in the beginning, there’s even a few programs for kids, like bear’s den and cubs, cubs is like a daycare with toddlers and bear’s den is a thing where you drop your kid off in the morning or at lunch and pick em up at lunch or around 3

I tottaly get why the old owners banned snowboards. but mad river was actually the second resort in the whole country to let them at one point. once they changed owners they had a vote to have snowboarders or not and they votered 75 percent no snowboarders.

You guys should definitely do either Sugarloaf or Sunday River! I'm sure you'll find that at both areas the grooming is really superb at both places, and the people are wicked nice.

I was fortunate to attend this “secret” show with 10 friends, on the Tuesday night after The Canada Day long weekend in 2012. A bunch of us were in town for David Wilcox show when our dab driver tipped us off about this show. Less than 300 people at $40/person. A truly memorable experience!

I was there a ton this season and loved every minute. In fact, I skied there today a little, 4/06/2022. Also, there's a clip in this that looks familiar. Wicked awesome!

appreciating the new format. Owl's Head has been on our list to film at for a few years now. Covid of course derailed plans for us. Maybe next year.

I don't think I can, sadly. I am a good skier, but I would not say I'm a great skier. I found Sugarbush to be challenging, and yet it's easier than M.R.G., yes? I have skied at Jiminy, Butternut, Catamount, Berkshire East, Stratton, Mount Snow, Killington, Okemo, Stowe, Sugarbush, Smugg's, Jay, Loon, Cranmore, Sunday River, Belleayre, Hunter, Windham, Plattekill, and Gore.

Cool thanks I'll be visiting this February

I began my skiing journey at Pat's Peak and still visit it at least once per season. With 100% snow making it leaves many of the other mountains lagging in the early season. My favorite part is the Cascade Basin with Cascade Brook being my favorite trail. For a short run, you can really generate speed and get your carve on without burning out the legs too quickly.
