Hi everyone, my name is Dom, and I work for my father in the family business as a truck driver and equipment operator. My grandfather started the business in 1973 and still comes to work every day. I will be sharing some trucking, and operating videos here when i get the chance, and possibly some other content as well. Thanks for stopping by!

Grandfathers reaction to launching in a stage 2 s4

Wanted to show my grandfather how hard my 2015 audi s4 launches with the stage 2 dual pulley setup. I thought it’d be fun to get his reaction. Car setup is roc euro intake, Integrated Engineering ecu/tcu tunes, dual pulley, redstar test pipes, awe non resonated downpipes, vibrant ultra quiet resonators, awe touring exhaust, h&r coilovers, and bbs LM-R wheels on continental extreme contact tires...

The Best Trucks I ever drove.!
Even though I didn't "cut my teeth" in a R model, I drove one of those over 25 years ago. I liked it. It was an experience to say the least. A very durable truck. 😁
I learned on a Mack R series with an 8LL. Still miss it sometimes.
Looking up vids on the R600 because I found a really good deal on one. Liking what I see and its beloved reputation.
Que maravilla de sonido. Mi padre conducía un precioso Mack Dm600 que transportaba arroz en la empresa donde trabajaba y yo me iba de pequeño con el. Hoy llevo tatuado ese camión en mi espalda en su honor. Mack n° 21!
Where and how much? Details?
Very melodious to hear

Sweet truck. I’d love to find one of these for sale
Boy what a rough riding tractor. Imagine doing 650 miles a day in that every day. Not for this cowboy.
Bringing back some memories!
Mack massage !!
I like cat d5-96J series
My Dad did a commercial for Alban Tractor in Baltimore Md. We had just bought our beautiful 12 G grader from them. Dad was a a Caterpillar man, also a Mack man. I wish we still had our company, My Dad put me to work with the company, Started out checking grade to driving my own Mack. We had a little 922 front end loader. In 1985 she looked brand new, all of our cats and Macks did. We would overhaul, paint and keep our machines on top. When Dad passed away in 1985, we realized my Mother was running our good name in the ground. So much was stolen, including our 922. We had a980, 955 track loader, several dozars, grade all," Back then we built roads for State of Maryland. George M. King contractors. We don't realize how much we love someone and what we accomplished until its gone. We even sent our Mechanics to Mack truck school. Love the D-5. We had a old D-8 cable dozer when I was a little girl. God bless you and take care
Sounds like an EM6-300L with a T200 (2060 or 2070) series box behind it. Is it?
Is that a 12 speed with a high and low stick
@@ronyoung6054, definitely not.
Damn that is a long grade to pull seems like it never ends
Those R Model Mack’s have A language all their own
love the engine sounds.. but no jakes ?
The classic harsh ride, of a mack camel back suspension.
Wanderful. Is this a Cat D5? What is the Horse Power for this beauty? Thankyou.
Only thing that gets tired at the end of the day is the driver, those Mack’s will beat you senseless but just won’t quit.
Great video and thank you for sharing. Sounds like you don't have to wait anywhere near as long for the revs to drop between changes now you're running a ten-speed? :)
Its still a 6 speed lol. I just got a little better at driving it
@@BigCool95 Did you stop trying to brew coffee between gear changes haha!
The tag on your visor looks like a 12 speed tag, can't really tell because of distance. Bad ass truck and video
@@ronyoung6054nope, just an air shift 6 speed. Compound Lo is only used in 1st gear. The rest dont split. I wish it was a 12 lol
Hey man.. I like your rogers!
A true work truck!!!
Love this truck
Ugh, I certainly don't miss the tight roads and endless traffic in Delco! I grew up in South Jersey but my dad's family are from Delco (he grew up just off of route 1), and we would go up there to visit them almost every weekend when I was a kid. Traffic seems 10 times worse now in Delco than it was even 10-15 years ago - I hate driving through those areas with my F-250 but I couldn't imagine doing it with an R-model and lowboy. Great handling on those tight streets and a great sounding Mack too!
We had two R models in the early 80’s. Tough as nails. I trained several new drivers with them. They took a lickin’ and kept on tickin’. Indestructible and pulled like a freight train 🚂
Yeh they underrated and overbuilt the real Mack’s, and nothing stays together off-road like a Bulldog either 🐾✌️🇺🇸
Thanks for posting this video, great camera angle, been retired for awhile, sure brings back the memories, company got some in '88, mine was brand new, great work trucks, probably still working for someone out there.
Great video R models are the greatest trucks!!!
More videos please!!!!
As the boss whould say go walk your dog and i would!!!
😆😆
Mack Attack!👍😎
Sounds insane! is that a b8.5?
Great video thanks for sharing 😎👍
Great driving job! Careful ,patient ,easy on the truck. I love those old Macks
Drove one for a local steel mill. She was a tough and powerful old truck. I pulled out of the mill dock one night doing a wheelie. Put her on the scales and total weight was 120,000 pounds the idiot on the crane thought it was funny but she pulled the weight
Love it
Awesome truck cabride video 👍👍👍👍👍🚛
I love that sound man can you please see if you can do an extremely long ASMR video of this truck and begin it with engine start up in Florida couple times because that would be awesome. Stay safe man and have a great one.
Ta very mucha, gold looking good in the sunshine!
Ain't nothing better than seeing a PA built truck doing the work it's supposed to in our home state. Greetings from SW PA.
Too bad Pennsylvania is such a state with flat roads. NOT! I've been thru some of those small towns and villages. Barely enough room to drive a car down some of those streets. You can't be in a hurry. Too many hazards to negotiate. Excellent Job!
Thanks, yeah the roads here are absolutely awful, gotta make sure my vehicles are safe for the roads, and the roads aint safe for my vehicles.
this is why i want an s4
Great truck
I own this exact car now, do you have any other old videos of the car?
بیا ایران تا دنده عوض کردن و رانندگی با مک یادت بدم ماک باید کمکها رو بدون کلاج با گاز وسط عوض کنی
hell no
So frickin awesome
Can feel the power! Great Video! I love the Mack inline six!
This is priceless. Cherish that man with all of your heart because he sure does Cherish you 🙏🏽
Mack of the past was so awesome. They over built most of their stuff, and the R Model trucks seemed to be the most adaptable and capable in their class. I have seen these trucks punch well above their class rating. It is a shame Mack and the big US brands are all a shadow of what they used to be.
You nailed it, overbuilt they were, I’ve stared at the Bulldogs ass many a day, that ol 237 letting it all hang out.
the one who knows knows, that macks are truly the best trucks of their time, paystar comes in to play (hendrickson S leaf spring setup only)
@@deborahchesser7375 that old green metal dashboard, seats bolted to the ground, no air ride, a truck that used to be red that faded to pink lettered for RI Busse...I loved every minute of it, pulling recycled concrete all over the Chicago suburbs
