The Illinois high score (no penalties) of 282 between team 14204 Super SCREAM Bros. and team 12971 CTRL-Y. Thanks to team 12971 CTRL-Y and team 10303 Robot Rebellion for some great Elimination rounds. How does the hanging work?
We use constant force springs wich work kind of like a tape measure to pull the slides up and then a pully system to pull them back down.

Sweet robot and reveal! Question, what type of spiral cord are you using? Our team has been trying to find something similar.
We got a 3 wire spiral cord from Digikey at first, but moved to a 6 wire one from coilcablespecialist.com.
We use opencv instead of tensorflow because tensorflow is based more on shape recognition than color recognition.
We've heard that from quite a few teams. We're investigating open CV right now, but we've got a lot on our plate with two new programming team members 😅
Hello, we have a 4-H team in Nevada and were wondering if you found a different pulley or if you 3-D printed one? We are using a thicker kite string, and it will occasionally come unspooled. Any help would be great!
We use a 3-D printed one that has some modifications to help it not unspool as much. We'll get the file on our website soon.

Hi guys, my name is Pedro and I'm part of a Brazilian robotics team, I want to know how they made this green claw that expands when entering the cone, if it was made by 3D printing, thank you in advance.
The black portion is printed with TPU filament which is flexible. Inside there is a cam which pushes on the TPU and makes it expand on one side which grabs inside the cone. We'll do a more in depth video soon.
