This process is a way of creating a video assignment for each clinical observation that has all the correct settings and automatically transfers ownership of the video from the student (i.e., learner role) to the instructor (i.e., educator role).

I did not know it but over the past years and during the time I taught I was integrating the Mayer Theory into my online classes now after viewing this superb video I am 100 times more knowledgeable about Mayer' Theory of Multimedia Learning. I will save this video for future reference.
