I like the figure but it's a pain to swap the heads and attach the cloak, on top of that his left lower leg kept falling out, like attaching one part and another falling off elsewhere... Took me a while as well to figure out the neck part as the peg from the other head was still stuck in it.
The leg issue in your copy is unfortunate. Maybe you can do the nail polish trick to tighten the joint?
