Rod didn't have one of my Lilow sign cutouts, felt sorry for him. So gave him a cut out for his workshop. something to work with. He created this, not bad for a guy doing little in life except play.

A 5 wire cable with 3 broken wires does not help. And one shorted to another inside the layers.

Grabbed a video of the 3D Tig welding machine doing it’s job.
Hi Lilow I attached 3v battery and Verible Potentiometer TO DTHC plasma Did Arc ok calibration In masso F1 screen. I run your modified G code F75 mm THC speed Rate I got 107.9v during G code running Masso G3 F2 screen.and multimeters voltage value was 0.81V Cut hight was 2.5 mm continuously of torch Is this test contract or still wrong ? Should the same reading be needed in multimeters and MASSO G3 Arc voltage?
** If you are holding a consistent height of 2.5mm at 107.9v (F2 screen), @ 50:1 calibration dial on the DTHC, the input voltage will read 2.158v reading of the multimeter at the DTHC +/- input terminals of the DTHC. (where the 3v battery is connected) I don't know why the 0.81v reading unless you are measuring the digital signal from the DTHC to the Masso G3. You should be able to use the - G200 F800 P10.0 D600 C2.5 V107.9 A0 I0 S0 Then in the M03 M667 F75, for each start of the cutting process.
Hi Lilow i put plasma flotting head with micro switch still not working properly my plasma cutting machine. Is there any way to connect you via video call ?
Great job your cnc plasma working ,but not mine .i installed new NPN 24 V , 2 mm sensing proxy sensors . Still not my masso G3 plasma working Tomorrow I'm going to test with flotting head .

@@lilow3378 I mean it in a good way. Its really impressive. Are the controls opens looped? Or are you making adjustments based on some kind of feedback?
@@bendustin7609, there is a voltage comparator board fitted that allows the monitoring of the high / low Tig voltage according to the torch height. This allows the Tig torch to keep a constant set height depending on the set voltage displayed.
@@lilow3378 very nice. Do you adjust the path at all if the heat causes distortion? I mostly interested because I want to do a similar project

A resistor? How is that needed? It wastes powert
The resistor is only a balance between the high / low signals seen in a comparator voltage module. This brings the high / low signal gap to 0.0004 volts. This actually can't be seen when in working mode. It is usually higher due to the speed of cutting with the Plasma or welding in 3D with Tig. Then there is the capacitive voltage reaction that works well for the Fibre Laser height control.
