To make this thing work, you have to follow the steps: 1. Make a drawing canvas 2. Cut a shape (or a text box) which you want to group with the drawing canvas 3. Select the drawing canvas 4. Simply paste In the case where you don't have any text box or photo made prior to making of the canvas, then simply select the canvas before inserting anything, and it will automatically be a part of the drawing canvas
