This is a good Remaster. They added voice acting, They fixed bugs, RTX remaster and removed music from Chemical Brothers due to copyright.

I may be a bit biased as a Portal speedrunner (not super high-level, but I can beat Portal 1 in less than 20 minutes), but I don’t really get why there’s so many people complaining about the difficulty. Most mods are going to be harder than the original games as you’ll have experience from playing the originals, and as long as you know about quicksaving and crouching mechanics, nothing is really that hard compared to the really hard stuff like Portal Epic Edition and speedrunner maps.

This was always one of the most popular Portal mods and I was never a fan of it. Now that the RTX version is out everybody is noticing how poor the level designs are and I feel vindicated after all these years.

The gameplay is very unsightreadable.

Weird how this was a beloved mod back when it came out but now that it gets a fresh coat of paint everyone has a hate boner for it

that boss battle was absurdly chaotic and seemingly with no way to avoid death. got a great laugh when you decided to turn on buddha mode in console. I agree

at 30:40 you could have just placed a portal in the room from where you jump down, opened the door via the button, went back down where you had placed the cube and just removed it from the large button, thus closing the doors of the turrets, then just had to place the oppsite portal of the one in the jumping room and voi­là you can jump down without the turrets shooting you.
