How much fluctuation it has

Sir I am from jammu and kashmir. I am ur student. I used to take dictation from u. I don't know what I do now. I m depressed. Last November 2023 I have joined coaching. There are many students who are good at steno. They didn't have any mistake during transcribe. But I have 70+ mistakes in unseen. I m perfect at 60 wpm unseen. In 60 wpm I have to only 15 mistakes because of misread of any word. Mujhe samajh nahi ata mein kya karu jaha mein jata hoo waha sir 80-85 wpm bolta hai mujhe bohut skip hota hai aur outline perfect nahi bantee hai. But mein chahta hoo mein 80 wpm mein likhu. App plz mujhe bolay mein kya karu. Aur kabi jab unknown word occur hota hai mein waha jaisa stuck hota hoo. Plz apna experience kya andaza sa mujhe bolay mein kya karu. It's my humble request.
