Utu, it's the name of tbe Sumerian Sun God, who is also the God of justice, and he is also known as Shamash. In other words, the Divine Key Utu's [Judgement of Shamash] quite literally means "Utu's (casted) judgement", and serves to compare the attack to the divine wrath of a Sun God. What an awesome weapon for such a cool character, yet he's in NPC jail :(

@@bvq330 That's not exactly true. Kevin's surgery was before Shamash/An-Utu was created by Vill-V and MEI. He became the 1st MANTIS in order to fight against the 7th Herrscher and Shamash was created using the 7th Herrscher's core. Meaning Kevin had already paid the cost before the weapon was even made.
