This lock is terrible. We had it for less than a year and it was jamming. It's finally jammed until we were no longer able to open our door. We tried and then it broke our key. I called hampton products support but they're only open Monday through Friday. Most people would probably do this work on the weekends. I've had other cheaper brand doorknobs that last year's and we only replaced it for a cleaner look. The brinks doorknob looks nice but it's a terrible product overall and their customer support structure is also terrible.
