饼皮｜Pie Crust
2 1/2 Cup 普通面粉｜All-Purpose Flour
1 Tsp 干酵母｜Dry Yeast
1 Tsp 糖｜Sugar
250 ml 温水｜Warm Water
油酥｜Oil Paste
3/4 Cup 普通面粉｜ All-Purpose Flour
100 ml 植物油｜Vegetable Oil
牛肉馅｜Beef Filling
1 Cup 洋葱｜Onion
1/2 Tsp 盐｜Salt
300g 牛肉碎｜Ground Beef
40g 水｜Water
2 Tbsp 生抽｜Light Soy Sauce
1 Tsp 老抽｜Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tsp 糖｜ Sugar
2 Tsp 五香粉｜Chinese Five-Spice
1 Tsp 黑胡椒粉｜Black Pepper
2 Tbsp 油｜Vegetable Oil
平底锅煎至两面金黄，送入400F预热烤箱烤15分钟。
Fry the pies on both sides until golden brown, bake in 400F pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.
