Been a long time. I saw posts about this around Facebook and never really connected the dots of what was going on with you.. than I saw this. I'm so sorry you had to endure this heartache. Been more than 20 years, but we were friends at one point and even with the gap of decades I empathize with you. I knew you and your sister, and you are a part of the story of my life and who I am, and my memories of you were only positive ones. Bad shit shouldn't happen to good people but it does quite often, Especially not from the people who have looked you in the eye and said they loved you. I hope this situation has been resolved by now, but life isn't always so merciful... If not diplomatic solutions arent the answer, perhaps trying a more forcible solution. and if that were something you would consider doing, if you haven't already, I would offer my assistance if you ever needed it no questions asked. Nobody should ever take your child away from you, and be forced to live with the heartache when the possibility exists that you still could reunite. Just remember I'm around if you ever need it.

Brought tears to my eyes. I have felt as if my gf would do this to me many times. In fact she threatened to kick me to the side all the time even though I am the one who has help guid her provide a vehicle for her, a home, and paids her bills when she couldn't.One time I was supposed to spend the day with my son and then I found out my GFS mom was coming to take him....I was so angry. Police were called and I basically kicked my gf out of my house. She straight up lies and got a temporary protection order against me and then the police forcibly took My son literally from My hands..I fought back and they arrested me. Got it all in video too. My reaction was bad but this is exactly how I felt...like I was losing my son.

This is heartbreaking. I have a similar situation, I have been allowed to see my daughters 3 times in the last 2 years. Canada has allowed my daughter’s father to effectively alienate me. All of my parental rights have been taken away because my ex said I was mentally ill - with no evidence. This situation is unbearable for the parent left behind.

I went to high school with Tony and he is the nicest person you'd ever want to meet! He never deserved any of this grief. I sincerely hope there's a happy ending to this story. Any child would be lucky to have him as a father <3
