HIGH PROTEIN VEG CUTLET | Crispy Vegetable Patties Recipe in 2 WAYS - Air Fry & Pan Fry @ShinewithShobs Great for you and the kids. Filled with goodness, nutritious, healthy & tasty snack. Super healthy, fiber rich, and helps with your weight loss journey as well. Have it for your breakfast or after work out snack. This protein rich veg cutlet is my favorite. Made using sprouted rolled oats. You can easily make this in your air fryer and shallow fry in a pan. My friends loved it when I made it as a Party starter, healthy appetizer idea. Once you try this crispy veg cutlet, you will ask for more. Do give it a try!

Crispy Veg Cutlet Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Medium Broccoli Crown
2 Medium size carrots
Paneer (226 gm) | For Vegan Option use Firm Tofu
1 cup Oats
2 green chilies
5 garlic cloves
1 small bunch cilantro / coriander leaves
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp Pink Himalayan Rock Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp oil
Method:
Roast Broccoli and carrots in the air fryer. Cut veggies into medium size, drizzle little oil, salt, black pepper, & Italian season. Then Air fry for 6 min. If you don't have an air fryer, you may roast it in oven. Let it cool down. Then grind coarsely in a food processor along with green chilies, garlic, and cilantro. Grind 1 cup oats into powder form. Then in a large bowl, add all the above ground ingredients. Add the dry spices (mentioned above in the ingredients), ground oats & little oil. Mix well, combine to make cutlets.
Air Fry Method: Pre-heat air fryer. Air fry for 10 min at 385 degree F. Turn each piece and continue to air fry for 5 to 8 more min. Enjoy!
Pan Fry: Heat a pan, drizzle little oil, place the cutlets & shallow fry until done.

I am so happy I found you and this most useful video. I love your presentation and way of speaking and guiding. For the large size eggplant that requires cutting, I wonder if placing the pieces cut side down might be better and avoid over browning. What do you think? Also, can we place cloves of garlic into the cuts we make in the garlic?

Very good thorough presentation,👍. The lime is a good idea, natural, tho i was told either Cif, Vim or Dawn Powerwash does a good job. I know fir a fact Dawn PW does a great job on the grate with bumpers. I spray, let it sit a minute or two, wipe with a paper towel place in the fryer use dish detergent and fill and does a good job. Keep up the good work

You are so beautiful! Oats are so versatile, healthy and delicious! We made "pizza" cups with bell peppers, onions, mushroom, diced tomato, zucchini, olives, and italian seasonings. I added some besan to the batter for added protein and nutrients, and just before they were finished baking topped them with a bit of tomato sauce and homemade vegan mozzarella, Yum!
