This is good! i love it❤

4:40 This song is so beautiful who is the composer / artist?
I have heard this on one of my Christmas Matching Music Library 1967 records.
That was absolutely beautiful. Replete with white noise as the motor pulled the vinyl past the needle over and over and over again...with a real grand piano being played, already with a few twangy strings gone out of tune since its recent tuning...and musicians who were 99% accurate and in sync with each other. In all its glorious lack of digital perfection, it all sounded more beautiful to me than it ever has.
Thanks for that wonderful description. 🙂
That was pure poetry 😊

What is Seeburgs ?
Short for "Seeburg tracks". An explanation for the Seeburg 1000 system can be found here en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seeburg_1000
0:00 How Long Has This Been Going On is performed by The Popocatepetl 10:30 Air Time by Alan Parker and William Parrish
Thanks. Do you have a link to "Air Time"?
@@bruce1295 The whole album (which includes several other Seeburg tracks) is here (Air Time is the last track): th-cam.com/video/PTTGOXZ0NSE/w-d-xo.html
@@SimonMcLean-gp9pw Thanks.
7:25 Ev'ry Time We Say Goodbye is performed by The Popocatepetl, from the LP 'American Salad Mexican Souls' 15:05 Come Fly Away by Reg Tilsley, from the de Wolfe LP 'Soft Touch - Tilsley Orchestral No. 7' 26:25 Sprite by Simon Haseley, from the de Wolfe library 28:35 Holiday Job by Simon Haseley, from the de Wolfe LP 'Prototype'
Thanks for the information. Found the stereo version of "Come Fly Away". Found a mono version of "Holiday Job". Do you have links to stereo versions of "Sprite" and "Holiday Job"?
10:25 is 'Wow' by The Golden Dream Orchestra 21:30 is 'Soft Touch' by Reg Tilsley, from the same de Wolfe album as 'Lip To Lip'
Thanks. Do you have a link to 'Wow' ?
Unfortunately not - the only release I've found for it is a Radioplay LP for use on BBC radio stations, though I'm sure it came out in Belgium too. Golden Dream Orchestra albums are surprisingly rare!
This is by The Westminster Silver Strings, from their album 'Easy Listening Vol 2'
Thanks for the information.
In the UK, we'd call this Test Card Music. I love it for nostalgic seasons. Awful that Seeburg insisted that records be returned to them so they could be destroyed !! Thank goodness that there are still some around !
Love this song! This song actually gets a shout-out by name in the great Aussie hit Reminiscing by Little River Band.
Reminiscing by the LIttle River Band is a favorite of mine.
Neat - who was the original composer?
I believe Bill Potts (musician) is the original composer or artist. I had thought that TH-cam's content ID system would have put a link in by now.
Thank you @@bruce1295 - it did but took a while
Fun rendition - I think I've heard other arrangements on other Seeburg 1000 discs
I wish I could download this music 🎶 🎼🎵 ,it would be great listening during a road trip 🤗
Seeburg1000.com has a continuous stream of the library.
This same version also appears as the penultimate track on IN-111A from 12-26-1967 while Tony Osborne's version appears on earlier records.
Does anyone know what the name of the song and artist of track #7 15:05 Oct 74 - 105B - 10 is. It's my absolute favorite track. I'm desperately trying to find out. I haven't been able to find out myself, I've tried. I'm not from this time period so it is making it even harder to find. All the older people I knew are pretty much long gone now. So if anyone can find out, I'd be incredibly grateful.
I understand your struggle. The title may eventually be found. The artist is more difficult. I advise checking back periodically to see if TH-cam's Content ID system has found the title / artist. Using a music discovery app (e.g. Shazam) occasionally would also be helpful.
It's 'Come Fly Away' by Reg Tilsley
@@SimonMcLean-gp9pw Thank you so much sincerely for finding the song name and artist's name! Yay! I'll charish this song forever! 😃
LIKE MOM AN APPLE 🍎 PIE 🥧 🇺🇸
Nice, satisfying tune!
Lovely 1968 Nostalgia! Thank you. We miss our Better Days & Lives in the 60s & 70s
Muy bueno. Saludos desde Argentina!
"I'll Take Romance," a tune by Ben Oakland (lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II) from the late 1930s.
Yep! It's in my Beegie Adair playlist🙂
Thanks a bunch.
I have loved this one since I was 5 years old when my mom used to watch Dark Shadows after General Hospital. Also called "Shadows of the Night."
Best channel for my childhood memories. Love it, I'm from 1967.
What a lovely tune. Seems like it brings a peaceful feeling. ✌
23:13 is "Not Mine" composed by Jule Styne
The song at 9:06 is "Before I Kiss the World Goodbye"
Really like the 1st song! You don't hear music like this anymore! Really nicely composed!
I'm sure i heard fatz waller's tea for two at some point, but i wasn't paying attention on what part it was from
This also appears as the first track on MM-109B from 10-1-1969.
Thanks for this tip- added to my database
I love this song. Luis Miguel does a fantastic job with it! But I like the older trios and quartets that sing it with their acoustic instruments as well.
Bruce 🫡🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Wonderful 😃😃
Did you add the captions?
Yes. This is in the transcript. Otherwise, it was trying to "guess" words like "ba ba ba".
@@bruce1295 Figured as much, but I was caught off-guard, so I wanted to confirm.
Nice. That's one of those tunes that people my age have heard many many times and never knew what it was!
Hey, Bruce1259, I'm making my fifth animated short on my channel and also showing a rundown on the behind the scenes with some background music that is free of copyrights. Can I have permission to use the songs you posted to mine?
If you need music free of copyrights, this website claims to have royalty free music: soundcloud.com/royaltyfreemusic-nocopyrightmusic
I've loved this one literally my entire life. I think Diana Krall's rendition calls it So Nice.
Such a wonderful song!
Always love to hear some great DeWolfe tracks on Seeburg 1000
Really nice melody. First Seeburg saxophone track I've heard. I wonder where they got it from?
Sounds good to me.
Wow! The Beatles like I've never heard them, almost sounds like Herb Alpert and the TJ Brass. Thanks for sharing.
Discovered 5:10 is "Friends With You" (John Denver song).
Bravo!
The chorus of the song at 5:12 is suspiciously similar to Lou Cristies' "I'm Gonna Make You Mine" ... also reminds me of something within the "Jonnny Angel" genre of Pop music...
Could be a 60s song, however, "I'm Gonna Make You Mine" already got the Seeburg treatment at th-cam.com/video/H7qMw1ClkeQ/w-d-xo.html
This reminds me of that big , three story Sears and Robuck store we would go to in Nashville. Al three levels played this kind of music...
any gavins in chat? TriHard 7
First track?
Love this one
