    How to get a job in salesforce field with out experience? What are the best practices and where exactly we have to search?

    • @YogeshAroraSfdc
      @YogeshAroraSfdc 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Recruiters are always searching for experienced candidates. But to begin your journey in Salesforce you can start with the Salesforce Admin part. The admin is not responsible for any development/coding. You may start learning the admin part from Trailhead and once you're well versed with it, start applying for Salesforce admin jobs on Naukri or any other job portal. Good luck :)

    • @YogeshAroraSfdc

      As per my understanding S3 does have APIs using which you can easily read the files in Apex.

    @anilpoudel5974 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Sir suppose I have AL3 file in my desktop and I need to convert that format and read using third party API how I will upload file in that API and retrieve that file in particular format without the use of any object just normally passing desktop file.

    • @YogeshAroraSfdc
      @YogeshAroraSfdc 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Anil, I am not sure if I understood your requirement or not. But what you are saying might be possible via Javascript directly. Basically you read the file from Desktop in Javascript, pass that file to the API from Javascript itself and then read the response. All of this can be done in Javascript without the use of any object or Apex.

      7 years is a big gap and I am not sure if recruiters will consider your previous experience. They may treat you as a fresher but that too will be a bit challenging. Learning Salesforce can help you because there is always of shortage of skilled Salesforce developers. You need just one person who is willing to give you a chance. Good luck :)

    All the rounds are easy for experienced Salesforce Developers, there can be multiple rounds of Data Structure if you ask more pay package. Honest review google is no more a pay master, and there is a big difference in the designation of "Application Engineer" and "Software Engineer" at Google. So evaluate all the aspects and then join if you get an offer. Sharing from my personal experience.

      @@karan8484in my opinion none of them, but yeah if you have to chose only between them then I would say go for Google, because you can join Salesforce anytime in your career. Things i experienced in Salesforce as a company : If you work in Salesforce Industry (it's a different domain) then you will learn lot of new things, thrive towards an architect in your career. But if you work as a Salesforce consultant at salesforce development, then it's similar like other companies. Google as a company : it's less Salesforce technology centric. And you may grow interest towards some different tech stack which is also good. Compensation wise, both Salesforce and Google don't pay much as a fix CTC, but Salesforce does not offer RSUs but Google does.

    • @YogeshAroraSfdc

      Hi Nick, Core java is not required to start learning Salesforce. There are so many out-of-the box features of salesforce which you don't require programming knowledge at all. However, if you want to enter the Salesforce development domain, you'll require programming knowledge. But again it's not necessary to learn core java first, you can straightaway learn Apex.
