Tapioca will raise your insulin make you fat and if you have diabetes look out
Depends what you put inside the tapioca. E.g. condensed milk, chocolate and nutella tapioca can of course make you fat. But healthy ingredients like spinach won't make you fat (more likely to make you thin). I ate tapioca almost every day in Brazil, and I always lose weight in Brazil. Of course I use healthy ingredients, e.g. 100% pure peanut butter & real banana & strawberry slices with extra coconut shavings plus maybe some honey.
