    I have some experience in this area, and all I can say is, Wow. These guys are really advanced. I can guarantee a lot of innovation and insight has gone into the processes described here.

    Spatial Harvesting Sequencing seems to be a non-issue in BC - it is cost effective and it incorporates a great deal of savings in terms of hauling and reforestation efforts

    This is an example of 10pt/m2 lidar collected in the east Kootenay's (BC, Canada) in 2015. Its possible to see trees falling into the river, sideboards on the railway bridge, and individual trees. Rounded top trees are mostly aspen while the pointed tops are mostly spruce.
