Hello friends and welcome back to a new video, today I will be cooking a carrot cake from scratch while speaking French, English and Swedish! Enjoy!
Salut à tous, aujourd'hui je vais cuisiner un gâteau à la carotte tout en parlant français, anglais et suédois tout en ASMR bien sûr :)

Here is the recipe :
130g salted butter
140g sugar
3 eggs
145g flour (I used 2dL of rice flour and 1dL of potato flour for the texture but it's probably good with regular flour)
Nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon
1 tablespoon of bicarbonate
1 (or 2 if you love ginger) tbsp grated ginger
2-3 large carrots grated
A little salt
Mix everything and put in the oven for 25 minutes at 200°
Then you can put it in the fridge
For the cream cheese "sauce"
300g cream cheese
30g of melted butter
40g sugar
A little vanilla, cinnamon if you have it
Put everything in the fridge
