Damn that table used to be full
It will be again. This was a different episode with the current core group. Wont be doing them all I. This format
Pablo, my friend, how are things bro?
What up Matty hope all is well brother 🙏
I just realized Raff cut off his hair holy shit
I’ve read all the holy books , but I’ve also read the historical data , mankind created god to have an escape goat for all our short comings and our lack of answers. Whatever created the universe exploded and died violently so that we may live , our creator gave everything to give us a chance at greatness.I’m very spiritual but my connection is with the earth , the plants the animals n unfortunately the humans, as well as the universe at large . I think we owe it to the creator to be good to each other and to protect its creation as best we can but I surrender nothing , I will give not one once of my being over to anyone , it’s the strength I never knew I possessed that got me thru killing myself ,thru weeks in a psych ward , a month in rehab and the last nearly 5 years in just 40 days of the hard fought for peace and sobriety I maintain daily , did I have help , yes I did,the good ppl at Ecs, Doc n Matty , not once did I ask “God” for help , not once did I turn towards what I believe is just a fable to guide and rule over other humans with moral superiority, never will I turn away from the inner strength that propped me up when I was at my lowest nor will I give away the credit that myself and others deserve for my miraculous transformation.
Killin me brother 😢😢 Odin was an especially good boy , where ever dogs go after life I know for a fact Odin is gonna be there protectin the lil ones and rompin with the big ones .
I agree 💯. The boy of the 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs we just got reminds me so much of Odin’s personality and demeanor. I feel like Odin and Captain led us to those babies
@@drivenafrecovery7480 I love that so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hey brother I had to starve myself to get down to 165 from 254 , not intentionally of course I would consider that self harm even if it has good results but taking care of a newborn 24/7 and momma bear it left little to no time for me to eat so I started measuring my caloric intake and started making sure I was getting between 9-1200 calories a day which is virtually nothing but it maintained my health and saw the lbs dissolve . I used the fasting technique that’s popular right now 10 hour fast with a 2 hour eating window then rinse and repeat .
That 16/8 fasting works pretty good too. Down to 237 from 287 feb 1 when I found out my kidneys were at 36% functioning from high Blood Pressure
@@drivenafrecovery7480 ❤️
Hell yeah brother way to keep pushing
Good fuckin morning 😂
😂🤙🏻
💪⚔️🛡
You got this matt Odin is still walking side by side with you and watching over you making sure you stay on track each and EVERY DAMN DAY Rest In Paradise ODIN
Congratulations on your sobriety! My dad is actually there now and I just want to say thank you for continuing to help others during your journey. I’ve always said that my dad has gone through a lot and he needs to get help for the things he has gone through in his past in order to treat his addiction, but I know he didn’t ever understand that. As soon as I looked this place up after hearing he had the opportunity to go here and saw how you guys focus on therapy, I felt in my heart this is exactly where he needed to be. I already see such a positive change in him and he has learned so much. He has so much good in him and he just never could see that in himself. It’s such a great feeling knowing he has you and others there who he can truly relate with and talk to and see that it is possible to have a better life. I’ve heard nothing but great things and just really wanted to let you know the amazing impact you are making on others lives!
Thank you for that, means a lot to me. If your Dad is who I think he is, he is a great man and I’ve enjoyed working with him. This is why I/we do what we do here and thank you so much for your comment and feedback
@@drivenafrecovery7480 I’m pretty positive it is who you’re thinking of and I know he has for sure enjoyed working with you as well! You are so welcome and keep up the great work (:
My brother who’s in recovery now at the facility had told me about you and your page. This was a good listen! I think it’s important for family to understand how an addict thinks and feels because as non addict I’ll never understand the whys or feels of addiction. I can only be there to listen and help support in all the good ways on top of being patient and understanding. Thank you for all that you do! TWO MOST POWERFUL WARRIORS ARE: PATIENCE AND TIME
Thank you for your comment and feedback. I/we truly appreciate it and value what you and others have to say. We will all keep pushing forward together. We Are All In This Together
This made all of our day. It’s great to know what we are doing is doing something positive for the overall community. Thank you again
I needed this, this 🙌 thanks fellas 🙏
Thank you for watching and listening bro. Join us sometime
I don’t have a addiction but could therapy help with my anxiety and mental health? The loneliness has gotten me lately no support to help from family need that non judgmental person to talk with and open up with.
Absolutely can and will. Find a therapist you have rapport and trust with and do it. Insurance covers it. It definitely helps work through things bro. Haven’t chatted in awhile.
@@drivenafrecovery7480 Thank you I will do that! It’s been awhile working through a lot of things with mental health and anxiety but have had some childhood trauma come up witch is always hard to deal with and go through. Could I reach out and talk?
You all are awesome and impact me in a great way 🤘💯
Thank you bro and your speaking and lead a couple weeks ago was absolutely fantastic and I truly enjoyed listening and was inspired myself ….Matty

I'm glad you guys are back and doing ok - i miss your videos
We’re back and will be consistent again plus Vlog shorts from me and hopefully a few of the other guys too. I/we definitely appreciate your support very much.
I lost a stepfather in Washington after spending a week out there in hospice with him, coming home and going back for funeral 2 weeks later the last month and we lost our oldest Great Dane the week I was in Washington as well. Been a tough run. Also trying to be an effective clinical lead at 3. Been a difficult couple months but gets better every day.
Proud of you guys, keep the momentum going and keep building on your foundation.
Thanks Mattie! Good shit!
