The guy should leave Chelsea and find his confidence elsewhere. The performance I watched in this clip is short of what you describe as BRILLIANT. Chelsea should loan him out during the January window, and monitor his performance. If there is no improvement, the club should let him find another team. This is my opinion.

Nah i had so much patience for him and still have but I lost any hope i had left. He is fast and can beat a man if there's space to run into but struggles to take on players if they are defending on a low block. He is often times crossing the ball aimlessly. He has a powerful shot but can't aim at all. With Chelsea he has way more shots off goal than on goal and when i say off goal i don't mean by inches off but by many many yards off sort of shooting towards the corner flag...it's embarrassing. He needed a loan straight away after the first six months at Chelsea because he clearly can't cope with jumping from the Ukrainian league to the Premier league.

Selling Mudryk will be a big mistake. It may take years but he WILL come good. A loan is not a bad idea.
