For everyone who is having the cant find device issue. Going to the american site and downloading the TRI MODE edition for blue switches (even though I have brown wireless version) worked for me after everything elese failing, So just to be clear go to the download page, find the wireless one handed keyboard. and download the second option which is the tri mode software!

This guide helped me once, but after a month of using this software, it just stopped working for me, to be more accurately it stopped when the battery run off. After the recharging the keyboard, software didn't work, and I had reinstalled and tried again all, but didn't work. What helped me was the use of a different cable, it seems like some cables are not detected by this software, so guys, try it out first with the changing of the cable 😁

Hey all, not sure if this will work for anyone else, but posting my experience. I'm using the wireless DITI brown switch keyboard. I was getting the 'cant find usb HID device' error nonstop with the download from the US website as well as the one from the african website linked in this video. I then tried the download on the US site "Redragon K585 DITI Wireless One-Handed Mechanical Keyboard" => "K585 Tri-mode Keyboard(Blue Switch) Software" (even though my keyboard is actually brown switch). After using that one it worked just fine!

On the “start update” part it keeps saying “can’t find usb HID device”. Any advice, it's connected via usb c and uninstalled, reset the keyboard, and finally reinstalled via the link provided in the description. I've also uninstalled the keyboard from the device manager nothing seems to work.

mine is bricked i run the wrong software and now i cant use the k585 even on my other computer, i tried the update tool but it doesnt work and i cant find a firmware to download

Thanks for the video but even with the firmware update, there's still no option to import/export a profile. We are limited to 4 profiles and can't even rename them... Redragon make good product but their software are seriously lacking in quality.

This software bugged my razer keyboard to oblivion so hoping this will fix it, can’t believe we gotta get an African version of the software just to work normally lol

tested k585 with two PCs: One with Windows 11, one with Windows 10. Tried plugging the keypad into every single USB port on both computers. I thoroughly followed the instructions as your recommended. Every single time I tried to hit (update) on launcher or k585 software that came in the package, it brings up "cannot find usb/hid device" I tried the default software that was in the downloads page and it would at least bring up that my keypad was connected. Macro page had text that was partially hidden by the UI and would not record macros. Keypad without the software works perfectly fine and I can even hardware-record macros using the "rec" button on the pad. What am I missing to get the software to actually detect the device?
