I dream about leaving London. I live in North London and being a single mum, we spend our precious days inside trying to survive. I HATE IT.

Omfg don’t get me started on my hatred of London. Love it as a place to visit but I don’t think I could ever handle living there. Being a creative person from the east mids it makes me furious how much funding London gets, be that creative or otherwise. I think now with social media a successful career in a creative field is much more achievable!! Also I’ve noticed the dog thing too! Wtf is ppls problem

Happy new year!! Loved this vid and didn’t know you were involved in so many cool projects and collaborations. Bummed to hear about the Christmas card debacle, I also loved them! I recently moved closer to family and I’ve never mailed Christmas cards anyway so I didn’t have a need for them but I still loved the designs. Maybe if you sold e-cards or took commissions/preorders for Christmas sweaters with the same designs that’d get more traction. Best of luck for a great 2022! 🥳

Hello.I bought brother chunky machine which was supposedly serviced. It arrived in a very dirty state and the carriage cams were completely clogged. No matter what I tried they would not function properly. I bought a canister of ballistol oil. After inserting the thin tube into the carriage and giving it a couple of squirts and the cams unclogged and have worked perfect. I have used the oil on my other machines as it cleans and lubricates.

So glad you've made this content. Please do more for knitting machine newbies like me. I have a new to me brother kh881 which I'm having difficulties with. I will be giving it a really good clean as you've suggested. I have replaced the sponge in the sponge bar and changed some needles ( go me ! ) but I'm still having issues. Next step is a thorough clean - with hindsight something I should have done first...😬 hey ho! Every day is a school day.

I’m sure I heard that WD40 has water in it and can cause rusting. Might be worth checking before you use it on your knitting machine parts?

I enjoyed this - I wish I had a knitting machine to make squeaky clean :)
