Hello! I’ve been having some trouble with my fonts once they get stitched out. I know it isn’t my machine, since it stitches the other parts of the software’s design without a problem but always gets caught up on the bottom when stitching the font. Is there any way to fix it? Thank you!

Why doesn’t it show any of my images when i want to insert or open up from my pc windows ? Any help would be great fully as new to all this

Hi Karina - I have set up the free basic account but when i open it i get a screen with hoop on but no where does it allow me to even type a word/font etc! am i doing something wrong? Basically I cant do anything with it.

Very nice and informative video!!!! In my case, I am subscribed to the Silver Edition, and my machine is a Topaz 30. How I can use the 260 x 150 and the 180 x 130 Border less Hoops to do continuous-long borders for table runners? I don't find that in your channel, and I have tried different ways but without any success. I will appreciate your assistance to this, thanks!!!!

I have tried repeatedly to get to the free pictures you are showing and I cannot bring them up, no matter what I do. Also, my interface does not show the icons across the top that yours does. I'm sure it's probably user error, as I've just recently started using My Sewnet. Previously, I had the Premier +2 Ultra, but when I got my new computer it wouldn't activate. This seems to be a wide-ranging issue for people who have that version of the software. HV doesn't seem to be able to rectify it and so, after waiting 10 months I decided it wasn't going to happen and subscribed to MY SewNet last month. So, I'm looking for all the help I can get! 🤣

HI, What level of subscription do you need for autodigitizing tools. I know you're using Platinum but do lower levels have access to this tool the info on the website is a little ambiguous, and I'm a little confused.

Hi! I’m just a beginner with many questions. I use a brother se2000…could you show steps for that as well please. When exporting and choosing file format(brother .pes), I see an additional step for hoop selection. Is that the standard hoop size(5X7)my machine will do? or do I need to select the hoop size I actually want for my design to be? Thank you. #Confused

but how to do it on a Mac? the sequence is different and not accessible in any tutorials. How do you set the size of the loaded image in a Mac. One can set size of the hoop, but not the image. This pop-up shown at the start of this video does not exist in a Mac version.

One question though, whenever I create a design like yours where the center of the hoop is blank, the digitizing tool works fine but as soon as I export to .jef- file for my Janome machine, the stitch Editor and Main ebroidery tool show a small dot on that middle cross with a line connecting to my first stitch I originally planned for. I put the settings to the Export without accessories one but this still appears. What can I do to Remove this stitch and unwanted line? It does not stay deleted when I do. As soon as I export and open again it is back… Thank you very much!

Actually not very helpful for Mac users, since the functions are either missing or called something else. Furthermore, the Mac version does not have tabs or icons for most functions. That means there are no "Edit tab" but merely an "Edit dropdown menu". No sliders or anything.

I have been in the MYSEWNET on a free trial. What I have seen, I only want a few things. I have seen more detail in other places that have designs.

Any idea why I have never been able to open a design to see the details? I can download them easily and send them to my Epic 2 but the designs refuse to open on my computer and also on my iPad.

I recently bought a Singer em-9305 which came with mysewnet paperwork suggesting with basic membership I can use fonts, but my mysewnet program is literally blank with everything greyed out, so I’m assuming I have to purchase a membership to be able to do anything at all?

I combined when I was done with my project. Clicked ColorSort but nothing happened. The colors are still all separate. It didn’t combine them like yours on the video. What am I doing wrong?
