언제쯤 영원한 평온의 순간이 올까요?
작업에 집중하면 평온한 순간이 지금이라고 생각되지만
깨어나면 다시 혼돈의 현실로 돌아가곤 합니다.
영원한 평온이란 존재하지 않는 걸까요?
혼돈을 이겨내기엔 많은 힘과 시간이 필요합니다.
지금은 지나가겠지만 또다시 혼돈의 순간이 찾아올 때
지금과 같은 힘과 시간으로 이겨낼 수 있을지 두렵기도 합니다.
세상 사는 일이 고요한 작업실에서 가구 만드는 일과 같으면
좋겠다고 항상 생각하고 바랍니다.
가구를 만들고 집중하는 이 순간 제가 느끼는 영원한 평온함이
가구를 사용하는 분들께 전달되길 바랍니다.
When will the moment of eternal calm come?
When I focus on my work, I think the calm moment is now, but when I wake up, I go back to the reality of chaos.
Is there no eternal calm?
It takes a lot of energy and time to overcome chaos.
It will pass now, but I am also afraid that I will be able to overcome it with the power and time I have when the moment of chaos comes again.
I always hope that life is like making furniture in a quiet studio.
I hope that the eternal calm I feel at this moment of making and focusing on furniture will be conveyed to those who use it.

I use rhino to design. I think Rhino is a very intuitive and detailed program.

Thank you~! It is used separately for primer and top. We use ink, which is a traditional Korean ink, in the primer. And the top floor is finished in a monocourt black color.
