Not quite sure I understand the count in going into the 4/4 in the 5th line. (Dotted eighth to quarter bpm= 140). Seems as though you added an extra beat in that first bar of the 5th line. But I may be wrong just counting it out doesn’t add up

Hello! What's happening in that bar is that the metronome clicks in every dotted eight note, to give you the next bar tempo. So it's like a 4/4 countdown to the 140bpm bar. The extra beat may be the first note of the bar.
