11:32, based on what calculation u entered effective stiffness as 0.1 kN/mm ??
Almost always you can define zero effective stiffness for viscous dampers. Some engineers prefer define a very small value instead zero (0.1 kN/mm in this example) to account for limited compressibility of the fluid and other connection elements. There would be no difference in the results. So you can use either zero or a very small value as the effective stiffness of viscous dampers. Note that effective stiffness and effective damping are used only for linear analysis.
Dont see much difference, I have a better idea build one, one story.

what is the accurate software for modeling Seismic rehabilitation by dampers?
Most of the available software can do this with good accuracy. You can use SAP2000, ETABS, OpenSees to name a few.
Can u name the software on which u performed it?..I m working on a project related to it..
The seismic simulations are carried out in ETABS and collapse of the non-structural masonry wall, at the end of the video, was simulated in Abaqus.
