Wow that's one hell of an adventure, good job! We met some riders when we were in Alaska. They were starting their journey along the Pan American Highway, all the way from Prudhoe Bay to Ushuaia, the southern tip of Argentina. A hardy task to say the least. And neat ya could make it full circle and present your experience back in Gainesville. I guarantee you've inspired many with your experience, go Gators!

Actually Egypt is one of the most safest countries in the world and Egyptian people they are mostly so nice but the only Dangerous Thing in Egypt is the police in most of countries in the world if you see the police you will feel safe except Egypt because when you see the police this means you will be in trouble or they will create trouble for you so the police is the most dangerous thing in Egypt

Doing 4000km is WOW! congratulations! inspiring! have not look at rest of videos on your channel but i would love to see a video you sharing tips, learnings, from such long trips. how to prepare, what did you bring with you, tips on packing, etc. have an awesome new journey !

Any problems getting food/water in the more remote areas? Did you have to lug 8 liters? And what about flats? Are you able to buy 700C tubes there?

McKenzie, brilliant effort, very inspiring. 2 years ago I cycled from the Hoek to Ribes and back, this year From the Hoek to Goteburg and back. Both in 14 days. I used formal campsites most days interspersed with hotels for power and laundry. Have not wild camped! Did you experience any problems and how do you choose a pitch? Hoping to ride to Santiago de Compestela next year!!
