I think he’ll be hydro or pyro for his element. He has like a spunky passionate personality according to what it’s been kinda described about him. And pyro element people are like, outgoing or bubbly. (Well except for Arrlecchino). I also could see him being Hydro, due to the fact he’s a doctor and most people who have Hydro visions are people who have a desire to help others or treat the sick.
