KO Lightning Exhaust sounds bits for CFMOTO 300ss
After a lot of people asking how it sounds, I finally made a video. I think it sounds mean, and loud. I think the GoPro sound is a lot clearer than a cell phone microphone.

hello, amazing job. Did you tune/flash your bike ecu after installation ? Because of full exhaust system, there is need for tune of ecu

Hey man, have a question. Did you notice any derease in bike's performance overall? Like top speed, acceleration etc... Ive read different feedbacks on the internet and Im scared that could happen on mine. Blessings.
For what it’s worth, I’ve heard opposite. Aftermarket exhaust is so much lighter, if anything, this will increase horsepower, acceleration, and top speed with the bike being about 10lbs lighter. I’ve heard the stock exhaust really restricts the bike’s performance and by removing it and adding an aftermarket exhaust, it allows the bike to perform without any restrictions.

Did u need to reflash your ecu? Mine is loud n pops on deceletation. And my mpg is horrible n smells
You might have to. Your bike's computer may not be recognizing the mod

U like ur bike ? Do u think a 300 is good for my size ? Im female 5'5 135 lbs.
I don't know if this helps, but I'm a 5'2 female at 130 lbs with the CFMoto 300ss and I love it. I have no issues with its size. I'd recommend it for a start bike for sure.

Congratulations you just put non wet clutch oil in a bike that has a wet clutch. That’s a no no. You can’t just put any random 10-40 in your bike. Has to be motorcycle wet clutch oil.

Question Does it need a tune? Just asking got mine too not sure if it’ll have problems. People are saying that the check engine light turns on? Did you have any problems with the exhaust?
No the bike will tune it self. My first 400 miles with the exhaust it would shut off and rough idle but then it sorted itself out. The bike also has very loud decel pops. If you dont like them you can switch to ECO mode and it wont do the pops. Took me months to figure this out because I always have the bike in sport mode 😅

@@hekk_u my bad didnt see this reply. Yeah the ecu mode cuts more fuel on decel. Causing no burbles or pops. Same performance on acceleration though

Hey man I have the same exact bike and I bought the same exact exhaust but I started having problems they kept dying sitting at a red light idling I was just wondering if you've had any problems at all before I try to reorder another one I think I might have just messed up my O2 sensor
Sorry for the late reply, but no I have not had any problems with it dying at idle

I had this isssue before changing the exaust, I just keep giving small blips at lights and that normally keeps it from dying on me😅

Thanks for the sound sample! The revbomb sounds amazing. I like how it sounds in high RPM's. Not a fan of the sound in idle though.
