    So as far as I understand it as a foreigner coming from a small German coastal village where big money also ensures that the old flair of the original place is ruined, you are trying to keep your hometown away from such an evil influence, or did I misunderstand? Keep up your good work though ...!

    This video has done well, not the latest but obviously people feel compelled to share it 🤔, everyone will analyse and interpret the information differently, always remember much of what I’ve uncovered deliberately made difficult, even impossible to find, but pure luck has been on my side, hrs & hrs of reading, tying in dates & names.

    Just thinking out loud and recording it 🤔. As BCBC are in a black hole over finances I wonder if they’re fully aware ( probably are ) that the £44 million conveyance immediately first registration deeds were obtained was money that could be labelled ‘proceeds of crime’ historical evidence would judge any money as ratepayers dividends and rightfully invested back into Porthcawl for leisure and beneficial infrastructure, sadly it may already be manifesting itself as new structures for the beneficiaries?

    I’m now convinced more than ever that the 1948 CPO was a fraud cooked up between PUDC members and sir TGJ , his death in 48 could easily have scuppered the plans but the agreement, technically with a London syndicate, to pave the way for future housing was too lucrative to abandon, the £30,000 ( £400,000) today committed to building a stadium gave momentum to start excavations ( the bowl) but can only surmise the land ownership until the loan was paid off (1960) could have been one excuse to postpone completion. The early sewer network servicing individual plots 36meters apart a fair indicator of the agreement between PUDC and the syndicate, though it’s evident the Kings decree or conveyance in trust to the council in 1930 is still a closely guarded secret, the ‘compensation’ paid to the syndicate prior to the loan being paid off May we’ll have been a secondary fraud as again the CPO of Rhych Avenue may have been in a similar manner, knowing none of 256 acres has truly legitimate ownership should be enough to halt further frauds, but history shows a determination at any cost to achieve the 1920s plans 😔

    @GeorgeStrongAKABarry 23 วันที่ผ่านมา

    Funny how I realised today that the farce that was a court case brought by TGJ in a battle over ownership of the 256 acres was smack in the middle of the 30s depression, just another example of his contempt for the ratepayers, but even worse was the collusion of the Board of Trade (Lords) in all this fraud, I doubt attitudes have changed much over the last 90 years, our government constantly surprising us with their Dick Turpin mindset.

    This is for those expecting to profit or even those who already have made £ millions from this century old fraud, some of you have no conscience or moral compass, that’s a given, those yet to profit from this fraud or just complicit by their silence, you know who you are, sadly the ‘positive powers’ bestowed on what is effectively a criminal organisation will one day work against you. Whatever you’re told to believe King George V did reclaim the 256 acres, issue a decree / conveyance, that has always held back development and always will as long as I’m alive, much information will remain confidential until a court case , easier to hang fire until I’m gone, by then hopefully a book will have been published 🙏🏻

  • @GeorgeStrongAKABarry
    @GeorgeStrongAKABarry 25 วันที่ผ่านมา

    For anyone unfamiliar with my other videos on the malfeasance over the last 100 years it needs emphasising that no deeds ever existed for the 256 acres until 2017 when BCBC obtained the ‘ownership’ of Sandy Bay then in 2019 a convicted fraudster obtained deeds for Park Dean area subsequently getting ‘add ons’ after that , I suspect Rhych Avenue may have been an add on that BCBC ‘may’? or may not have known about 🤔. My statement that no deeds existed for much of Rhych Avenue immediately got the CPO inquiry cancelled 🤷🏼. It may well have been an ongoing fraud but we’ll likely never find out. Coverups are fashionable these days 🥴

    New discoveries from newspaper archives shows TGJ on first name terms with Aneurin Bevan. TGJ was the business agent for sir Raleigh Grey and the Barry sand & gravel co. The Barry S&G co never came back to Porthcawl after the King intervened, but two other S&G companies set up businesses mid 1930s documents to that effect found in Cheshire. Costains and West Coast sand & gravel, the 1948 CPO saw both companies evicted with any debts or rents cancelled, at this time the chalet owners were also evicted and all house sales at Beach Road taken up by sir TGJs London solicitors to avoid detection of the illegal construction of houses as laid down by King George V in 1930.

    @GeorgeStrongAKABarry หลายเดือนก่อน

    Not obvious at the time was knowledge of the international stadium proposed for Sandy Bay following the 1948 CPO for recreation & leisure, if it had been built the railway would definitely have been saved, sadly the CPO was just a fraud to obtain land in a councils name, in time building on it, ironically it’s taken 76 years to get to that point, the decisions to build now controlled by money as opposed to any laws regarding fraud, theft or malfeasance 😢

    That only just appeared on my home page, but it brought back some lovely memories for a Welsh ex-pat. I liked Porthcawl as kid, although I only went there by train once- quite a slow journey from Cardiff, so we were generally more likely to go to Barry Island on the train or Western Welsh bus. The Coney Beach fairground had a great water chute which I loved to ride on. The beach itself was always windy and felt cold even in the middle of summer. The sea would not have felt colder if it had icebergs floating offshore. Whenever I could, I would have a ride on the miniature railway. Was one of the locos called "Coney Queen"? It was such a long time ago.

    The 4th December research uncovers a surprise, news that a massive Ponzi scheme engulfed Porthcawl, the lure of a quick profit lured many in, the early investors getting healthy dividends and ultimately the tail end speculators suffering serious losses. This new discovery may have been their downfall if it attracted the attention of the King, keeping all this jiggerypokery out of the papers would have been impossible, my gut feeling that there was much more to discover proved to be right 😊

    The documented history in books shows sir TGJ. buying the 256 acres off sir Raleigh Grey, so that’s what created all the problems we face today, the evidence to fill in all the gaps virtually complete, it appears the web of lies goes to the top, involving MPs and several government departments, winning a case of fraud with so much corruption at every turn is quite a challenge 🙏🏻

  • @GeorgeStrongAKABarry
    @GeorgeStrongAKABarry 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I hope a few understand the timeline, there are a core group determined to discredit as much of the evidence as possible, what you need to grasp is the lying from all sides to maintain the secrecy that each faction was desperately wanting to disguise, the prime example, only realised from the SALT MINE evidence is the anomaly of PUDCs communication with Whitehall seeking a grant to buy the freehold on Sandy Bay (56 acres ) to further house building ( again evidence PUDC knows nothing of the 1930 conveyance) . Newton Estates seeing another opportunity to make money go on to claim compensation for the undervaluation of the 56 acres, gaining £250,000 in todays money, partly provided by the ratepayers 🤦🏻, the rest from government, and so the saga continued, the Kings map continued to be locked away until greed stuck its head above the trench to get shot at, the blood equal to pages & pages of damaging information, all for the sake of greed - KARMA 🤣

    Bridgend County Borough Council have absolutely destroyed the county. They have built houses on such a scale, the once separate villages are now like conjoined twins. No gaps between the villages, just one big mass of ugly houses, with nowhere for children to play, because all the parks have been removed. In Pencoed, they enticed the owners of 3 bed semi’s in Cardiff to sell their homes and move into 4 bed detached homes for similar, or often less money. The houses they insist we need are 4 bed homes, whilst what we actually need is more 2/3 bed homes with gardens, and parks and village ponds etc. No extra Doctors, Dentists or Hospital beds, just fast food outlets on a scale that’s unbelievable. I can’t go buy a pair of jeans in the town centre, which is always my yardstick how well a town is doing. The town centre is an eyesore, the council should hang its head in shame for what they’ve allowed it to become.

    Tragic to think that greed is what shaped Porthcawl over the last 100 years , that same mindset and confidence in ‘getting away with it’ continues, maybe my research and ‘luck’ will reach the right people soon and the Kings wishes honoured, 94 years late .

    Information shared by BCBC added to information regarding a ‘management group’ created by a deputy head of BCBC in 2005-7 would indicate a consortium of landowners of which BCBC considers itself owner of approximately 100 acres of land that was supposed to have been conveyed to PUDC in trust in 1930, if they insist on ‘owning’ public land in ‘trust’ for the people under King George Vs terms then the no building or restriction of travel over the land command should be honoured. A serious fraud was committed by sir TG Jones with reams of evidence should it go into court for a final decision. The more senior long term residents will have opinions on some of the characters that formed the ‘Management Committee’ 🤔

    Hopefully you’ll have seen ‘A Porthcawl Weekend’ , how the car parks were chock a block, the beaches packed with visitors, the BOWL full of campers and the Truck Gathering bringing in even more. This scenario will, weather permitting, repeat itself for the Elvis Festival, in 30 years time just a vague memory to most children of today, whilst the story outlined in this video buried if not officially recognised as fact or subjected to a court case given a small mention in the media 😕
