The first installment of this channel starts with discussing an issue that has plagued many women. It is seldom discussed among women as if it is a stigma causing us to hide behind closed doors. For many years I have suffered with uterine fibroids. When I sought information it was videos like these that guided me and helped me to understand the personal journeys of other women. As a Nurse Practitioner, I didn't feel I could share my situation with others. After having my procedure and speaking with other women openly, I realized this and other topics are important to us and we need a space to share them. This channel was created to promote the health and wellness of women all over the world. Even though the channel starts with my journey, I want to touch on other subjects that may be of benefit for someone else.
