Hey I am from india but i have question about memo ..... the question is my lawyer submitted a photocopy of a memo in the court but the opposition lawyer demands for the original but the issue is my lawyer is old and dead so I have no access to the original copy ...... what I need to know is it mandatory to find the original copy of the memo to further proceed with civil case
