Yakisoba on the Camp Chef Silverado?
Just cooking up some Yakisoba with left over ribeye on my Camp Chef Silverado. That's right, the Silverado. The exact same system as the Explorer but for significantly less and I can use all of the same attachments as the Explorer. I have not been able to find any videos for the Silverado so I thought I would share this with you. I hope you enjoy this, like and subscribe if you do and Live Free.

Well we stayed one night here at the Big Bend of the Colorado State Recreational Area. The park is extremely well taken care of, facilities were very clean and Rangers seem to be always present. This park has full hook ups, restrooms, pay showers, fairly level sites, four to five bars with Verizon and access to the beach. The camp host, Kaylee, was extremely friendly and helpful as was the enti...
Wine Ridge Rv Resort Pahrump, Nevada

After leaving Death Valley we found the Wine Ridge Rv Resort on Campendium. We just needed a place for the night with showers as we continue our way to New Mexico. The customer service is top notch and the grounds and amenities were spotless. If your traveling through Pahrump, NV I highly recommend that you stop here. I never use my arb awning. I use my 6.5 x 8' Tuff stuff awning and annex room. Arb is too flimsy.
Semper Fi! I use a carabiner for the zipper pulls, nite ize is the brand I use as they have a spring loaded latch on them. I have a loop of 550 para cord to keep them altogether so I don’t lose them when I am breaking camp. I have the same arb setup, love it. So far, I haven’t had any winds like that. But good to know what to expect. Thanks for sharing. Stay safe.
Pretty Sure ARB would warranty that.
Gotta love the desert wind 😅 I’m about to replace the vertical arm and seems like it could be the same concept. Thanks for the video!
I want to say I got my awning 5 or 6 years ago (way before I ordered the screen room), and found an ARB dealer on the east coast that hooked me up with spare ARB parts at his cost. So, knowing the weak points of these awnings, I wanted to make damn sure I was not down for the remainder of a long trip if/when any of the hardware broke. When my awning showed up, I also got 6 extra horizontal tubes, and 6 extra vertical tubes, 4 extra swedge units that live inside the tubes, 6 extra plastic pivots, and 6 extra tips. So far, I have been extremely lucky to have never had anything break on mine to date. I carry 2 of each extra tubes, and a a few extras of the other items with me in my trailer just in case. The extra tubes have come in handy several times to guy out the front panel to extend the awning surface for added shade. Completely worth the extra $$$ spent early on.
Take the tags off the zippers replace with small string loops use a small padlock (type you use for suitcase at airports) & that’ll stop the zippers spreading in strong winds.. hope this helps, good video by the way..
Hi Uncle Tim it's Jackson I really like your videos
Great job Bro! And I love the music at the beginning 🍀
Great video can’t wait to see the rest.
OMG! Spiders! What time of the year were you there? We will be there Memorial Day weekend in site 3.
I believe we were there in September. They were all in the trees.
Henry and Joey still love watching this video all the time! We hope you guys have been doing well!!
We are and we hope your all doing the same. Currently in AZ and planning on heading east.
Good one, Tim! I make yakisoba, fried noodles, dry min, chow fun noodles a lot when we're out camping. Yours looked ono!
Thanks, that means bunches coming from you.. I'm gonna do some smash burgers and smashed red skin potatoes next.🤗 And possibly some type of fried rice in the near future.
Excellent video Sir, hope you guys are having safe travels.
Thanks, holding up ok out here north of Yuma for the winter. Hope all is well with you and yours.
You know exactly what to do. I've been in that situation where the wind is unexpected and blew everything away.
Hoping it will make it. If it does or doesn't I'll post it. Thanks.
Great video!! Happy New Year’s!!
Thanks, and Happy New Years. Be safe on your journey.
That's snow, right? Because if it ain't, you're making us feel real bad!
😂😂
Looks like a great cup of coffee. Love the cup with the carabineer on it too. Guess I found a new item to add to the shopping list. Thanks for sharing, Pat
Sounds great! Thanks for watching.
How did it hold up? Looking at getting the same setup
No rips, tares or structural damage. The real complaint I have is the velcro straps that attach to the upper poles. They're junk, should have a video out soon on how to deal with them.
We will have to check this place out. We typically stay at the Nevada Treasure in Pahrump but this place looks great. I hadn't driven by it before. Thanks for the info and sharing your stay with us. Pat
You'll love it there, enjoy and be safe.
What is you honest review on Nevada Treasure? When was you last aty there? Thank you
I have been wanting to stay there for a while. How do you get reservations there? Is it first come type of a thing or can you pay online? How much does it cost to stay the night there? Thanks, Pat
I made reservations over the phone via the Campendium app. You will need to make reservations. Let me know how you like it.
Hey, I'm Pat. Thanks for sharing your experience with the ARB tent. I can't believe that zippers didn't split and the whole thing did not rip apart in that wind. Looks great in that it held up. That is definitely a lot of debris you had inside the tent but compared to outside it is doing wonders. I can't believe you had enough wind to move the trailer off the blocks. That's crazy. I am considering the purchase of a small trailer and looking at an outside tent extension for it. This video makes me think ARB is the way to go. Anyway, I will check out more of your channel more. Thanks again, Pat
Hey Pat, I don't think you'll be disappointed. Thanks for the comment and let me know what camper you get.
@@nomadmac2001 Working on a video about that today. I have reviewed Bushwhacker 10HD, Fee Solo Flav, the inTech Luna and Flier, a Riverside RV Retro 509 Jr., a Sunray Sport 109, a Rockwood GeoPro 12RK and looked at a ton of videos on other channels. I'm talking to someone right now about a deal. But not positive about it yet. Watch my videos and you'll see what we get for sure. I am not selling the 5th wheel, I have too much invested in that and pan to use it for a while, but I want a toy to enjoy behind the jeep for the next few years. Pat
Same thing to me! What did dodge do for you? th-cam.com/video/rSF99q4kwWg/w-d-xo.html
That us an awesome room!
Thanks man, and yes I will be doing some cooking videos soon.
Hope you all had a great turkey day! Our channel (gonagain) is still compromised but we're working on getting it back. aloha..Linda
I didn't know it was compromised, that sucks. We had a great time with family. I hope you all had a great turkey day. Sure you had some great Hawaiian sides.
I like the new name and look of the channel! Nasty storm, but a good test of the awning and room.
Thanks, I was nervous about the change but it rolls off the tongue better. I've been through two strong (Nevada) windstorms so far and it's holding up. Tonight and tomorrow will be the snow test. I'll do a complete review soon. Sure miss you guys. Be blessed.
You and your wife are living the dream! Keep up the great content.
Awesome
Thanks bro! Still trying to get comfortable doing this. Any constructive criticism?
Great video!
Thanks Eric, hope all is well with you and yours.
spiders would make it a no go for me. nice review , though.
Same here, but we didn't have any in our site and we were only two sites away.
I love french press coffee. I could almost smell it.
It's a good little gadget that I love to use.
Hello from David and Erin and Nala, glad to find your channel! It was lovely meeting you yesterday.
It was great meeting you guys as well. Thanks for finding the channel. If you have any constructive criticism or ideas I would gladly accept it.
Looks good! That's such a handy French press for traveling and camping.
Sure is, got it at Walmart for 20 bucks. Our little one was pretty beat up.
Looking good, Tim.
Thanks Rick, just left my mother-in-laws and we're now in Yerington, NV. Had to get out of Reno, after boondocking in Montana, I NEED to be away from populated areas.
Hey guys! Nice video. Thanks for the shout out. Hope to see you guys down the road! Bueller says tell Zeke hello.
Glad you liked it and Zeke sends his love. LOL!
Thanks for the shout out!! You guys were great campers and loved having you here! stay safe and happy trails!!!
You guys as well. Maybe our paths will cross again.
Thanks for the tour ... Working hard from home in MN. This is nice to see the country! Bob <><
Thank you for the comment. If you have any suggestions on what I can improve on or a certain subject you would like covered please let me know. Don't work to hard at home, get out and smell the roses.👍👍

Hello! Watched your appearance on Gonagain! Great job on your cargo trailer. Please let us know if you come through Kingman, AZ, would love to meet you guys. We also subscribed 👍🏼
I sure will. I use to live in AZ. I'll be passing through your way this winter, heading to Quartzsite. Would love to meet up.
Love it ... How's the kmee doing?
Thanks for asking, it's good to go!
Do you guys use any Generators? Saw you on Gonagan channel ... Will follow your Journey Bob <><
We've been talking about a small generator but it's not quite in our price line cause we've prioritized other items.
we just saw your trailer on gone again, great job. if we're ever up towards Libby will have to check out that Campground 👍
Hi Tim, I just saw you on Linda and Rick's video of your trailer! Glad I found you and subscribed...

94307 miles
He bought a 10 silverado crew cab work truck 21000 miles
15 ram 94000 miles
Well, that sucks. When you said you "just got it back", what did you mean? Did you have engine service done? I'm in the market for a new truck, and am really struggling to find something. It seems like they are all the same thing: Just way too much technology. Way too much complexity. All that adds up to fragility over the long term, if you ask me, and I expect these things to last for 200k miles minimum. Not sure there is anything out there I could buy that I could be confident would last that long.
J.D Miller, while putting my quad in the bed I broke the back window and did some damage to the cab and bed and had just got it back from the shop. I did take it in for a recall about six months ago.
@@nomadmac2001 my friends ecodiesel just cought on fire, could you please provide more information as what happened with insurance/dodge law suit and what my friend need to know, thanks
@@47677787 Same happened to me. Would love to chat. What’s best way to contact you. Thanks
Mine just did it yesterday. Didn’t go up in flames but it definitely recks of burnt rubber.
Sorry for the very late response.. The insurance company paid off the truck and I couldn't get a lawyer to take my case. It was very frustrating.
So awful - glad everyone is okay
