I thought you might have given a bit more coverage to the Enterprise D being able to separate the saucer section. A good scene to that effect was where both the saucer section and the star drive section independently take on the Borg in The Best of Both Worlds. I was also wondering if you include seeing the Enterprise E through the telescope in First Contact.

Actually your mistaken if you remember that episode correctly in that alternate future Riker wasn't the captain of the Future Enterprise D he was an Admiral and he chose the Enterprise D as his personal flagship and remember he mentioned to Beverly and the others in 10 Forward 'Starfleet tried to decommission her about 5 years ago that's one of the quirks of being an Admiral you get to choose your own ship'.

What, the JJ Abrams enterprise? it's barely capable of warp 3, warp 4 if you want to risk burning out the warp coils, those so called high yield phaser pulse cannons are much weaker than the standard blue retrofit phasers mounted on the constitution class as standard weapons from the tos series are. its designed more like a ship from star wars with very little shields like star wars ships and looks like a toss together from a spaceborn federation scrap farm. it's nothing like the tos enterprise. You might try reading the manuals on a ship next time.

Anyone can spend a few minutes looking up ship manuals online, it doesn't take devoting hours and hours to search out silly. It's something I do more out of curiosity when I have a bit of time and am in the mood to do.
The most notable difference lies in the size. The Mirror Enterprise is much larger than the original enterprise. I do think the mirror enterprise is better looking than the original one, but Sovereign and galaxy class ones lie in my heart.

The NCC-1701 C (Ambassador Class) is only seen in one episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation. The NCC-1701 D (Galaxy Class) is the main ship is Star Trek: The next Generation and appears in the Movie Star Trek: Generations. Also, many Galaxy Class Starships can be seen during Deep Space Nine.
Enterprise C was in The Next Generation in episode - Yesterday's Enterprise and The Next Generation is all about Enterprise D.
