Welcome to the channel! I'm your personal trainer, Nick Bardsley, and I've been a NASM certified personal trainer for over 10 years now. After working in some of NYC most elite gyms I branched out on my own starting my own personal training company and formed the WERKD Method, an online dumbbell training program to bring proper training to anyone with just a set of dumbbells.

This recipe is really dependent on getting that very lean meat, which in my part of the world, is much more difficult since nobody really calculates any of that. You just get whatever ground beef they got, which even they estimated was like 70/30
wouldnt the weight feel weird if you only use one per dumbell since you have more weight on one side of the dumbell

Should the macro breakdown of each meal always be roughly the same in grams regarding carbs & protein in order to balance blood sugar?
You can aim for that - but it's not super important unless you have blood sugar issues.
So if I’m 151 my start would be 1812? If not losing in 2 weeks drop 100-200 calories? Or recalculate at 11 x 151? Thanks?
I would drop the 100-200 caloires and reassess in a couple weeks.

Thank you, I know this video is over 4 years old but I found 8 different-sized Kettlebells in the back of an old van in the junkyard earlier today. I was searching for parts to restore this old truck of mine. I took them, the junkyard folk didn't even charge me for them. They are in dire need of refurbishing. I worked out with them before I sat down to YT to research how to restore them. Your video was the first to populate. I will pick up all the supplies at work tomorrow and get at it. I really like working out with kettlebells so I will buy some more sizes tomorrow also. And shout to you @nickbardsley who replied to your video and posted a link to KB workout. Really considering purchasing this seat. I too have the pr-5000 with the Ares 1.0. If I had endless money, I would sell my 1.0 for the 2.0. The changes they made on the new model are awesome. I love my Ares. I use it 5 days a week. Wish it would be easier to upgrade. Thanks so much for the great review.
Yeah the upgrades are cool but not enough for me to spend the money and have to take this thing apart and put it back together lol love my 1.0 though and don't really have many issues with it - although those improvements are nice. Love the Pegasus too - definitely worth it in my opinion.

good review. I wish it was designed better to use above the cable attachment (athena, ares, etc) so the cable would still move freely. i'll probably still get it though for all the other functionality.
Thanks! Yeah that would of been great if they designed it to allow that cable to run through from the low position. That would open up a whole other range of movements. But I still like it for what it is and use it all the time.

Effective. Thought the press push was a bit too much, hard on the lower back. I used 20s though out.
@@-Stop-it nice. Keep the abs and glutes tight on those push presses and try not to lean back while doing them. Got to try to drive through legs and hips to get the dumbbells started 💪
