Hey there! Thanks for stopping by for a visit. I’m Izzie and it’s nice to meet you.
A little about myself, I’m a mom of three. Twin boys and our Miss Priss. My husband Don and I have been married since 1998. We have three fur babies all kitties. I work full time for the local hospital system and my husband is a crew member on an NHRA drag racing team.
At the end of 2023 we decided that it was time to put some roots down back down in GA after living in Indiana for the last 5 years for my husband’s job. We planned on building but with the prices of lumber it just wasn’t in the budget so we bought a double wide. Now we get to work on getting our little homestead up and running.

Hello my friends. Just a quick video today. A glimpse inside our shipping container that we bought for storage. We all know mobile homes don’t have a lot of storage space and it was cheaper to buy a container than a storage building. I grabbed all of my Halloween bins but not going to decorate till I do a deep clean on the main house. Probably after Labor Day is when I’ll get started decorating...

My grandparents had a huge pecan tree and we used to go over and shell pecans. Then grandma would make pecan candies, pecan pies, and banana bread with pecans. So good!!

I don't know if that store had a deli counter, but when I'm in a regular supermarket and I pick up a block or a chunk of cheese you can bring it up to the deli and they'll slice it up for you and just repackage it for the same price. I found that out not too long ago I thought it was pretty neat

Hello, awww what a sad and happy ending story. I always love how he follows you around the house. Our dog passed away at 13 in February, a Boston terrier. We miss her a lot, house feels empty with her gone. We decided not to get another pet. Thanks for sharing your story.🥰🐶

@@Imperfecthomemaking when mine was around that age It was a job, keeping up with him with all of his energy lol. But now he is pretty laid-back, but I will say at night time he gets those zoomies and I just tell everybody get out of the way and let him do his thing 🤣

Pretty good deals - wish we had some bargain stores near me. I can spend $100 at Publix in 5 mins! I think I'm gonna have to try WD or Aldi's bc I'm just paying too much. Have a great Sunday.

I deep clean certain things often, like the kitchen. Otherwise a couple of times a year for the rest. I have heard of Jag and I think I have watched a few episodes but at the time I had small kids and didn't ever get into it. I have heard of the toilet paper trick, you can't see them and I think it's neat. I also wash my walls with a mop, so I don't find it odd. I also don't find it odd to use toilet paper rolls for fire starters. I have made starters with toilet rolls, lint and old candles. I haven't watched TV in months because I have been too busy. So, I guess I"m just watching TH-cam. It looks great. Thank you for sharing.

Love the smell of old books, add a little peanut butter and jelly smell and I am right back in school. You are one of the sweetest you tubers. You work so hard to make your home nice for your family. I will say and I mean no disrespect, but you have a lot of stuff. If you got rid of half your stuff, you would still have a lot. Your dog is a hoot, he loves to be with you.

Oh my goodness! NO, it does not sound weird. I love to smell books, I love libraries too. I haven't been to one in years. I have SO many books and when we move I will have to get rid of some. I actually purged over 1000 last year! The office turned out great. Thank you for sharing.

I recently used baking soda and peroxide on the old tubs in the mobile home we are renovating. I have a video where I did it. It was wild. I couldn't believe how well it cleaned them. I wonder if it is iron from the soil making the marks on things. I know iron pills are rusty looking so it just makes me curious. Unless you posted a video today, I have officially binged all your videos. I had already watched the most recent ones. Thank you for sharing your life.
