I think the reason your fishing efficiency was so low was your dock placement. Some of it is just terrain (can't build dock on cliff), but there were places where your boats were going 5x the distance they needed to. Just pop down 1 more dock closer to the fish and you more than double your fishing efficiency Or delete boats for pop as you said

worst country ever! weak, not good for anything, and besides...it's not persian/iran at all! for example persians didn't had camels, they had horses! arabs used camels! iranians didn't had baloons, and their building was way different than these...this is more like indian/arab country than persian country

This tactic has very narrow range of applicability. You should be at the backline, have extra food for eu workers at the start, a lot of iron, closed location to protect against horses, decent amount of wood, your own "private" lake with fish and team that will not die or leave untill you get to ir2. Hardly possible to reproduce this at the same time in team match. 25 - 30k iron for full army is way a lot for first dude with zamburaks, howitzers or british anti-tank rifles that will say you 'goodbye' :) When tankettes had 100 dmg and you were able to knock out wonder with 2 full-army shots this strategy was worth resources that you have to spend on it but now on my opinion it isn't.

You talk about the upgrade in the farm, does it pay off with so few farm workers? Are you serious about the 3 universities when you kill off workers later?
