Australia

We are Bec and Ed, we've been travelling Australia full-time for 2 1/2 years, as grey nomads caravanning and camping around Australia, living in free and budget camping spots, off-grid as much as possible, in our Jayco Silverline Caravan and Ford Ranger 4x4, we take each day as it comes, enjoying Australian beaches and bush, fishing, hiking, and creating content for our TH-cam channel, and generally enjoying a nomadic lifestyle, seeing every sunset, whilst travelling Australia and doing the lap, as TH-cam vloggers creating memories as we travelling Australia loving life.
Bega Showgrounds, Grey Nomads Caravanning, Bermagui, Tathra Mumbulla Creek Falls, Pig Races, EP-129
#begashowgrounds #mumbullacreekfalls #tathra
We are Grey Nomads Caravanning Australia, camped up in Bega at the showgrounds waiting out the school holidays, what a great area and town Bega is good shops and the Bega Cheese Factory, it's only a short drive down the hill to the coastal town Tathra and Bermagui, and the beautiful Middle Beach, at the Mimosa Rocks National Park, we checked out the Tathra Headland walk and Memorial Gardens, and the Tathra Wharf, and made a promise to come back to the Bermagui Blue Pool on better weather, but we did spot a few seals in the water at the bottom of the cliff.
The Mumbulla Creek Falls was a great daytrip make sure you take your togs looked like a great spot for a swim, it offered a picnic area, toilets and a sealed short walk to the falls,
We are Bec and Ed, from Aussie Nomad Destinations, we are traveling around Australia in our Jayco Silverline Caravan and Next Gen Ford Ranger, and we have been travelling now for two years.
Are we grey nomads?
You bet we are, we have now been doing the lap for two years, fulltime camping, mostly offgrid, in lost cost-free campground, National Parks, and budget campgrounds as we caravan Australia, we love to do bush walks and hikes, fishing and crabbing where possible,
But most of all we love to beach camp, we just love a beach front National Park, we will see the best places to visit in Australia, give you caravan tips and tricks, all while we show you, grey nomads how we caravan Australia and our camping adventures, and hope it helps you as grey nomads caravanning Australia, and caravanning Australia fulltime,
Stay Happy.

Camping in Australia as a grey nomad is a journey through a vast and diverse landscape that never fails to captivate the soul. Setting off in a trusty camper van or towing a caravan, grey nomads traverse rugged outback terrains, lush rainforests, and sun-kissed coastal stretches, each offering its own unique charm. The freedom of the open road beckons, with countless camping spots nestled along the way, from designated campgrounds with modern facilities to remote bush sites under a blanket of stars. As the sun dips below the horizon, gathering around a crackling campfire becomes a cherished ritual, sharing stories and laughter with fellow travellers or simply relishing the serenity of nature's embrace. With every dawn, there's a new adventure awaiting, whether it's exploring ancient Aboriginal rock art, spotting native wildlife in their natural habitats, or simply basking in the tranquillity of untouched landscapes. Camping as a grey nomad in Australia is not just a journey; it's a lifestyle of discovery, connection, and endless possibilities.

good shark fishing of Congo Beach
Okey dokey we didn’t see any, or catch any,
We are subscribers for over 1 year. We always say, where's the fishing & crapping? And as we where saying the same thing you both throw in a line.😮 I am sure you both have only fished twice in the past year. 😢. Well we have very much loved your journey, we got hooked while you where in Tasmania as we reminisce about my time spent there as well. We really enjoy your still shots at the end of each epepisode live life, be happy 😊
Tassie was such a treat, we have found the fishing on the southern nsw coast is really hard, the large rock platforms are super dangerous or they look it, but we are having the best fun,
Thanks for sharing, really enjoyed. Cheers. 😊
Thanks so much,
Loved revisiting these gorgeous places with you both :) Your filming is amazing. And Bec that was an awesome camera shot of yourself outside the car window as you were leaving the campground at the end of the film. Well done! Was the pump very expensive?
Hi thanks, for watching, the pump was about $200 with the hoses, and the pump pickup fits in our 25l Square blue water bottles,
👍 i live in Thailand on $33 per day 😉
Awesome, sounds like fun,🤩
Thanks for sharing! So helpful to see the area when trying to decide which site to book.

Welcome to our neck of the world. My partner and I love watching your vlogs.
@@michellevanessa1222 Oh! Thanks, what a beautiful spot you live in, we offen comment on places, “we could live here” and this area ticked all the boxes, so nice,
You guys seem healthier and more agile every episode. Those walks are doing wonders.
It’s certainly keeping us fitter than we have ever been,
How was the pub? Was the food good?
Was delicious, with super friendly service, the views up the valley were great,
Another great video thank you. Please can you tell us what time of year you were in Tassie?
Hi we were there from July to November I would say we were at this campgrounds about late September
Not that it matters but your numbering has been out since Ep 119. This should be 121, cheers
Opps will go check that out, thanks 😊
Great vid and I love that area!
Thanks, us to the high country and alps are so beautiful,
@@aussienomaddestinations on the other side - The road from Bright to Omeo was an incredible drive in Autumn (but I don’t think you would want to do it towing a caravan). Love your vids, keep them coming! :)

Magnificent area Tumut my home turf.

thinking of going to Bruces Bend and doing trips about as well, what was security there. we only have a camper trailer not a caravan
It was pretty much just travelling folk, so it felt safe, but we were in a caravan, and locked it up when we left it,
This is an underrated Channel, the perfect amount of information given to use when planning a trip, thanks guys.
