In terms of making a youtube channel? I would say to stay consistent, that's the crux of this entire channel is to always upload the same days the same times every week. Once you do that the growth will come over time, you will have bigger moments and smaller moments but never let it alter what you want to do. More importantly don't go so all out that you will burn yourself out, I did that with making shorts plus the 2 videos a week and I hated it. Once I ended making the shorts it took me a good 2 weeks for my head to get back into the game and to make more enjoyable content. And in those 2 weeks I had some of my worst performing videos happen, all because of how burnt out I felt. Start small, and don't expect much. I've gotten way luckier than a lot of my peers in terms of growth and so don't expect the same growth I've got, you've got to work for it. I just got lucky and am in 2 very big youtube markets (ASMR, and Minecraft/Gaming) so I was able to do alright.
