Religion is a bunch of old fake stories that are used to try and control people.

I'm judging you no more than others. I don't care about your faith and you don't care about mine. You believe your faith is a reflection of an objective reality. If you hear another person who feels the same way about their faith. You'll talk about them like they're a plot device character in your personal story with a belief that can be described as 'playing pretend'. You've been so used to having everyone pander to you that now that you're being told to show a bit more restraint and listen to others. You then act astonished because you really think all these different perspectives are no more than 5 years old and they've had names attached to them for decades or even centuries and there have been evidence of practically everything that you've been ignoring since we've even recording history. The biggest argument about why that's not the case have only been a result of not understanding what to even look for or what these things they're looking for even mean. I'm so sorry if I'm being presumptuous. I don't actually know your political views and ideological perspective is really supposed to be. I'm going off of the comments and the title and the general minutia of what I've experienced from people like you. Ideally, I believe I'll be living in a world where I as well as others who you used to be against will still stand with you to protect your ability to believe in what you believe and we will have more of a sense of understanding about each other.

Knowing Scripture and having the Holy Spirit in us is SO important! It helps us know the difference between Truth...and "almost Truth"-the devil gives us just enough truth mixed with some lies to make it sound right, and persuade us. Hiding scripture in our hearts will help battle against that! ❤️

A great topic. It’s all truth but for non children of God, maybe an example of what could be a temptation Non believers may not understand what temptation really is. This idea can be found in James 4:17 - "If anyone, then, knows the good they ought to do and doesn't do it, it is sin for them."

God has been so good, and faithful throughout history and things continue to happen in this world where we see God's grace flowing abundantly . The joy is we appreciate that grace so much more when we have a relationship with God . When we realize we ve sinned against a loving God , we won't want to continue to intentionally sin . As we read our Bible we clearly see God's ways are better than ours . The heart must be fixed on striving to live a non sinful life , because of your love for God . Realize that he died for you and precious blood was poured out for your sins should make you want to change your life and seek a Relationship with God ! His blueprint for our lives is better guidance than our feelings and emotions, and His will is what is best for our life . Seek God in prayer today , Repent , and be Holy Spirit led. He will help you discern good and evil , and read your Bible to learn of Gods ways. Don't hesitate to ask God for guidance, comfort, and strength. throughout your life . Love you all !
