At 24 years old, Vic was working as a banker and realized he was on the wrong side of the transaction. Instead of calculating risk, he wanted to be taking it. He started his first business at 25 years old in the automotive industry. One theme he has observed across all successful organizations is having good people. Tech and AI are great to adopt early, but adopting the best people and talent is the key. Javi agrees, emphasizing that having the best people in the right positions has the greatest impact on a business.
Building a brand is easy. You can post anything you want online, and it's easy to be fake. Vic emphasizes the point that as a leader, he needs to be an example of the business core values to attract the right individuals.
