    Always good to see clean clear crisp clips on Java. Thanks. I have some experience working with Java & SpringBoot. I have used Java8’s Lambdas & Streams but am not that confident with it and have always relied on google/stackoverflow to get those lambdas formulated. Reading a book is a tough way to hammer things in my brain, My 1st question is - what’s a good source to refresh Java8 kinda want to relearn it better & stick to it. (2nd) you mentioned the book OCJP JAVA 17 and I see no link or author name or reference to it in description? Also which JDK version certification should an intermediate guy like me target? Please advise. Thanks & Happy Learning! 😊

      @@learn_with_phil Unfortunately no, linkedin search results does not know difference between java and javascript. when you search 'java', it first shows java results, and after that, shows javascript results too. So that count is java + javascript jobs on linkedin.

    Great video n context brother! I have a question .. there are different versions of Java what do you need to think about when choosing a Java version? Do one always go for the latest ? Or one not so old but yet newer version? Does the company you work for later tell you which version to pick? And another question, with so many online courses to pick from what do you need to look for when choosing a course that is good? Cheers!

    • @learn_with_phil
      @learn_with_phil 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That is a great question you should strive for using the latest stable Java versions. If your project is new you will probably go with the latest stable version for Java. But if you’re joining a team that is already running on Java, probably they’re gonna have a version that it’s not the latest, it’s gonna be in there list of priority upgrade Java version. It’s important to use the latest Java versions for many reasons that I want to explain here of course but you should definitely strive to use the latest. It doesn’t really matter what course is the best you don’t need the best course you need a course.
