I have an 06 e350 4matic with the same trans.as the video. My question is what are the normal shift rpms? Mine 2 gear is at 3000 all the rest are between 3000 and 4000. Is this normally shift rpms?
You probably have a heavier right foot. For testing, you can try to accelerate more slowly. Also, is your car diesel or petrol? If it is petrol, maybe it just prefers to run on higher rpm than diesel.
I'd add 3:19 "this black plastic piece" is the conductor plate, an essential part of the system. A faulty conductor plate is at cause in the majority of cases when your transmission won't shift. Replacing with a new conductor plate is the fix.
Great video. I have ssang young Rexton 2.7D with 722.6 5 speed AT. ~186 000 km So I think I need it) What does change in transmission works? PS. Sorry for my English, I am from Ukraine.
Do i have to separate the valve body to change the valves

Do you need to reprogram the system after replaced the transmission conductor plate and valves body?
Yes, there’s videos on TH-cam on how to reset your shift patters. Should be to hold down the throttle and do something with it
@@bartskubik7896 Please send the link of that TH-cam. Thx,

is this a kind of upgrade?
It’s an upgrade to replace the weak parts in the valve body

Restore it to how it was from factory and the Transgo shift kit takes the weak components that break on them and makes them stronger
Hey. Great video. Just wondering how long this took to do?
Hey, thank you so much! This took us from 8-10:30 with filming so I’d say not too long if everything goes smoothly and you have the right tools.
@@bartskubik7896 thanks for the information. Do you think this kit would fit a 2007 jeep grand Cherokee crd?
@@thespiritofthenight8196 I have the srt8 edition. Your crd should have the same trans as it. A nag1.
@@thespiritofthenight8196as long as it’s a 722.6 transmission!!
@@josephjohnson1161if it’s a 722.6 then it’s the same
