Harnaam Kaur is a well established Motivational speaker who has taken it upon herself to raise awareness about Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), Mental Health, Bullying, and Personal Development.
Born and raised in England, Harnaam has Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and spent a lot of her time during youth removing body hair to avoid taunts from her peers. Driven to self-harm, she decided at age 16 to instead embrace her body in all its glory.
The resulting self-love brought a positive change in her life, which she now shares with the world in the form of education, public speaking, and media.
Drawing up her battle scars and struggles as a bullied teenager, Harnaam, inspires people across the globe to embrace their beauty, whatever form it comes in.

Harnaam Kaur goes Clay Pigeon Shooting. (18+)

Viraj Singh and I went Clay Pigeon Shooting. We first went through safety and protection. The equipment used must be handled with respect and care at all times.
I have never aimed at a moving clay target before as I have only ever visited ranges within the United States. This was a first for me.
I was nervous not knowing the force that the equipment would have towards my shoulder, but I soon got used to the impact and feel.
I had a wonderful time, and I am looking forward to perfecting my shot.
Viraj is a great mentor and after spending the best part of my day with him, I learnt a lot.
At the very start we used a 12 Bore with a light 12g Cartridge.
We then switched to a 20 Bore, with a 24g Cartridge.
The difference in the equipment was noticeable, from aim, to weight and backwards force.
My aim was to connect with at least 1 clay pigeon. After a while, I managed to hit 8. I must say I was very impressed, and I look forward to heading out onto the field again.
This video is dedicated to my Grandfather ( A Retired military Captain).
He would be super impressed.

I don't shave my legs because 1) body hair is natural, 2) the time I'd spend shaving is better spent doing anything else, and 3) I don't exist for men to find fuckable. Whoever is bothered by my hairy legs can look away or gouge their eyes out.
