How To Make White Chocolate Popcorn with Edible Glitter

Ingredients:
1 bag microwave popcorn - popped per bag instructions
11.5 ounces white chocolate chips
2 teaspoons coconut oil
Instructions:
1. Prep the popcorn. Place the popcorn on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
2. Melt the chocolate. Pour the chocolate chips and the coconut oil into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 60 seconds, stir, the continue to microwave in 15-second increments stirring in between until melted.
3. Combine the popcorn and chocolate. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn. Sprinkle generously with the edible glitter or confetti sprinkles.
4. Let harden then break apart. Let the chocolate harden on the counter or place into the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Once firm, use clean hands to break into individual pieces. Serve.
