Yeah dont get me started haha. Trying to find time to do everything is near impossible. Im trying to retrain into a different field at the moment, and im hoping maybe in some time I can take smaller hours lol. or atleast something flexible. Theres just absolutely no time at all!

Yep Mattia is an amazing producer!! One of the ones I followed when i first started to producer more seriously. "Twilight of the Thunder gods" is one of my favourites of his.!

Honestly thats what it feels like trying to force kicks into a finished track haha. I may just send what I have now and see whats what. They may like one of the alternatives. (fingers crossed)

I have talked about it with a friend and It would be something I'd like to do but I'm not sure If Id put it out on YT for free. Given that it would take weeks of planning, and the same to film, edit etc Its hard for me to justify taking the time out of my actual production, tutoring etc. If I can generate enough interest and support that I can offer it affordably and still make it worth my while Its definitely something I'll consider in future.

I've got a personal contact with them so I get feedback within a day usually :). I don't really sent to mailboxes anymore because the wait times are too long. I absolutely hate it when you wait 2months to eventually get a play but no reply.

I use it quite a bit, I've not done any intersample peak tests though, did you enable the ceiling on it? Heres what the manual says about Pro mode btw: Soft Clip Pro This mode has a slightly different characteristic. It compresses a dynamic range by half. A line in the function diagram shows the level at which the saturation begins. Dynamic integrity is maintained below this threshold. 25% - compresses the last 6 dB into 3 dB, and adds 3 dB 50% - compresses the last 12 dB into 6 dB, and adds 6 dB 75% - compresses the last 18 dB into 9 dB, and adds 9 dB 100% - compresses the last 24 dB into 12 dB, and adds 12 dB

@@samkitt ISP stuff probably is less relevant than cleaner and louder sound in case of bass/sub. i've tested it with ceiling on, but purely with number based approach, disregarding the sound. that might have been not the most appropriate way to do it, cuz yeah it sounds amazing on low-end.

Just watching this now, definitely a good one! Probably an idea to keep OS on for when you want to distort cleaner sounds, and then possibly turn it off for transient clipping for mixdowns etc. I'll try this on the next mix master process. Tbf you could probably just add another clipper right after without any oversampling just to catch a stray ISPs but I'm not sure if we're just chasing 0.1% things here by that point

Yeah that's very true. Its probably why my output is a bit slow but its something I know i need to speed up on. Just trying to think of a faster working process for now, because I know its important these days to put out more and more tracks. Thank you Its nearly there! I need another track to match it for an EP now but I'll probably ping this over to the labels next week for confirmation

yeah i bet! I remember when i first got into it. Its super overwhelming with all the options. Took me about a year of messing within Ableton before anything really clicked properly.
