I think it's a business thing if everybody boycotted Harley-Davidson to make Kawasaki the biggest motorcycle dealer they would pretty much do the same thing that Harley-Davidson is doing. I think it is a case of very few who run the company making the rules

Exactly Taboo, it's not even a refresh it is just the same bike with different colors for $2,000 more that makes absolutely no sense

James, I'm sorry to hear that they treated you so bad but I think overall Harley-Davidson is a great company except for the top brass is a great culture I'm not going to let them stop me from enjoying the bike. Happy New Year first of all hopefully everything is going great. The best thing about the bags is everything stays attached you just have to take the connectors off that are under the seat everything else stays attached so you really won't affect the wires because you're only disassembling the extensions which are just a single clip out

VTG, I'm sorry brother you had to go through that terrible customer service but I guess it's something that we have to deal with it's just a reminder that the next time you buy a bike or deal with Harley-Davidson, have your own financing so you can enjoy the experience like it's supposed to be

Joey, Happy New Year!!!! And I totally agree with you that Harley will screw you over there are so many others with stories like yours with bikes that were way overpriced. I went to trade in my 2018 Road Glide with only 3,000 Mi they only tried to give me like 15 k on it and said that was a great deal I pulled it off and sold it for what it was worth in the private Market. Brother there is no way you can pay 22k for a sportster then come back to trade it in and it's only worth 8K that is absolute robbery
